Perfect Storage — Very clean and safe and well staffed with folks who care. The hours on Sunday is an issue for those of us who need in and out of our storage unit during the weekend. I still have used this place twice and can say nothing but fabulous things about it — outside of the hours.

The facility is very secure, easy to use, and relatively convenient. I rented their space from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, I rated this operation at a five star level. Since then, they’ve raised their rent 10+ percent every year, took every opportunity to assess fees, and then mandated an extra service. I moved my stuff to another facility within Planet and the new place seems much better, in terms of friendlier facility manager, better hours of operation, and much easier access (no steps to go up and down to get in to the facility — in fact I can drive right in to the building).
