Tried to order again today… after an hour the store calls me and tell me it would be a further hour and ½ past the original estimate to get my food delivered. How is this place still in business? Domino’s was here in under 30 minutes.

My pizza was an hour late AND they couldn’t get my order right? What is this? And I can’t even call them to ask for a change because their phone number is not in service, ridiculous!

Estimated at 30 – 40 minutes; took 1 hour and 36 minutes. And that’s after a phone call to inquire in which they said the driver was«almost there» after an hour. Enough said; completely unacceptable.

Took delivery more than 2 hours to get to my apartment. When the pizza arrived it was terribly made(not even cut) and we received the wrong order. Guy on the phone was rude to us when we asked where our pizza was. Terrible.

Slow delivery(extra 30 minutes), cold pizza, no garlic dipping sauce. I can live with taking extra time, and I can reheat my pizza if need be, but I need that sauce… it is like crack and I need it.

Only ordered from here maybe four times. Been offered free credit towards my next order almost every time. They always mess something up. Either my online order is never confirmed by email or when I do get an estimate, it takes nearly two hours longer than the estimate. Also, don’t make any special requests online. These will be ignored despite being offered by the website. If the drivers were worthy of tips, they’d check the order before leaving. Every box has everything listed on the side that you ordered. It’s really easy to make sure they match. If you do order from here, I’d recommend making a special request so you can complain and get your next order for free. Keep doing this so you can get half price pizza… Ha ha ha.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered pizza there tonight at 830. 2 ½ hours later it is just now getting here… and without the 2 liter we ordered. Never ordering from them again Just wanted to add that the reason for them not delivering our soda? The guy said they were sold out of orange crush. So they knew that BEFORE leaving the restaurant. Here’s an idea… how about calling us to see what else we’d like? Unbelievable awful customer service

If I could give negative stars I would because it is now 8:32 and I ordered this pizza at 4 o’clock to be delivered at 8 o’clock. This is unacceptable and after calling three separate times they have not offered any useful information or compensation. My suggestion to anyone wanting pizza make it yourself!

EXTRALITTLECONTAINERSOFGARLICSAUCE, BUFFALOSAUCEETC.- 75CENTSEACH — Most of you probably just tell them you want a extra sauce or two. But you have no idea you are getting royally SCREWED. When I order a small pizza there is never pepperoni on every slice. The Wings could not be any smaller if they tried. When I found out how much they are SCREWING there customers on those little sauces they lost a customer for life. That is insanity to pull that crap on their faithful customers. I doubt that they pay more than 1 cent a piece for them. Let your friends know how they are screwing the customers. Even 25 cents a piece they would make a hell of a profit. I am really ashamed of Papa Johns.

I really don’t know why I keep ordering from this place. The delivery people can never find my door(it has a number on it!) And the pizza is terrible compared to other Papa Johns. I don’t know what they are doing, but its a mess. Never again.

an hour and a half to deliver under a mile away. specifically ordered without cheese due to lactose allergy. Request was completely screwed up. refund issued and growling stomach not happy… Update: decided to try to order from them again once more(6÷18÷2015): same issue, never again. nice enough about returning the money but have learned my lesson about ordering from them.

About a month ago I ordered a pizza. Regular day, no big sporting events, and it took about 2 and a half hours. They sent me a coupon in the mail because it took so long. That’s nice, right? So I decided to give them a shot again a couple of weeks ago. Again, this was not on a special day, and the snow was cleaned up at this point, at least as much as it has been this winter. I ordered a large pizza and some chicken, not using the coupon. I ordered at 7PM. By 9:30 it still hadn’t come, so I made something else to eat. I should have called to check on the order, or cancel it, but by this time I was pretty annoyed, mostly with myself for having ordered papa john’s again. I fell asleep around 10:30, having long ago given up on the pizza. At 11:45 my phone rang. It half woke me up, but i didn’t answer. Then, seconds later the doorbell rang. I went to the doorin my underwear. It was my pizza, FOURHOURSANDFORTY-FIVEMINUTESAFTER I ORDEREDIT. I gave the guy a tip and told him I didn’t want the pizza, even though he offered it to me for free. He was apologetic, and seemed to have no idea that it had been so long. I wake up at 5:30AM for work, and couldn’t fall back asleep for hours after this preposterous sitiation. I blame Papa John’s for my horrible day at work the next day. No, that’s not true. I blame myself for trusting this place to bring me a pizza. I complained online, but never heard anything back. Never again. Never again.

Easily the worst pizza place I have ever dealt with. Our order was estimated to arrive in 35 minutes, but took more than three hours to arrive. I called after one hour to check on my order, and the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called again at 2.5 hours, and they offered no apology and told me I should just get pizza somewhere else if I didn’t like their service. I will never order here again and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

This was a horrible mistake. Our pizza didn’t come after 2.5 hours, and the person answering the phone was rude. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my enemies.

I grew up with the Papa, and I want to love them. I really want to love them. We ordered a buffalo pizza online. After an hour, we called. We were assured the pizza was on it’s way. Another hour went by. We called again. After almost 3 hours, the pizza finally arrived. It was cold and had no sauce. How on earth did we receive a pizza with no sauce??? It was bad, really, really bad. I loved the Papa growing up in the midwest, but their Massachusetts franchises are flat out terrible. I really hope they can get their act together and Peyton Manning can work this out asap.

The employees here are the cute kind of morons. You want to take them home and take care of them. We order from here way too often and literally 75% of the orders take over an hour and a half, are the wrong order, or are missing parts. We once had THREE wrong orders in one night. We were so flabbergasted we became delirious and high fived the delivery guy when they finally got it right. It’s quite often that we call after an hour to check and I get a «ummm omg crap sorry we lost it. It’ll be there asap! So sorry!» We now expect an adventure with every order. The employees seem nice, are friendly, and seem to mean well, but they are utterly incompetent. They are in desperate need of an adult.

Duuuuude, I’ve never once experienced an on-time delivery from these cats. I love PJ’s pizza – I really think it’s one of the best pizza chains in the States – but JEEZ, PJSOMERVILLE, GETYOURLIFETOGETHER. Their physical location is kinda sketch but theoretically functional. Their phone skills are dubious at best. They screw up orders about 25% of the time. And they’re hugely late(think 45 minutes and longer) nearly every single time. Guys. Check yo management. Make some changes. If your product is good but your service is abominable, you’re not gonna retain customers. Tough love, Papa John’s: Go sit in the corner and think about what you’ve done.

Something(okay alcohol) brought us here on a buzzy Wednesday night, and one cheesy bread later, we were less than ecstatic. Thirty minutes of hard plastic chair squatting for a greasy, over-salted round of dough heavy on granulated garlic? Nothing else was being made! God forbid, we ever needed delivery from them! At that pace, it would take them an hour to run it across the street. I never discount a chain for being a chain, but if this product is P. John’s standard, then I’m not sure how he can afford Peyton for his TV spots. Not abysmal, just not good. No better way to describe it, not that I need one.
