We had contacted John based on his reputation, but we soon found that he could not live up to the hype. He was nice at first, promising to help, even met with us for 2 hours to explain the home buying process. After this first meeting we had asked John toms up 2 showings for us, but never heard from him again. Be aware that he may leave you hanging and in my opinion he is unreliable.

My husband and I met John while we were searching for a house this spring. We had met several other realtors previously, but hadn’t really felt great about any of them. Once we sat down with John we knew it was going to be different. He was very straightforward with us and was confident that he could help us find a home that we would love. We saw several homes with John and he was always really easy to get in touch with and flexible with our crazy schedules. Now, we are unpacking in a house that we are very excited to own. John made the process much less daunting and it was great working with him.

My husband and I have John to thank for helping us buy our first home, one which we are very proud to own and happy to live in. After a brief tour of area homes, we found our current home on a listing thanks to the Trulia app. Without hesitation, John drove us to the home and found a way for us to tour the home as soon as possible. The next week, when we wanted to put in an offer, both my husband and I couldn’t be at the open house, so John camped out at the house all day, met the seller, and gave us a full recap of the open house developments.
As if the initial proceedings of the house purchase didn’t go well enough, John made sure that the next phases of the purchase went just as smoothly. He was on call whenever we needed to be, and was extremely responsive despite my husband being in another country while the paperwork was being signed and my working late nights. He made the whole process easy for us!
On top of how well John delivered on his promises, he has a very engaging and warm personality, making the home buying process enjoyable rather than daunting. I HIGHLY recommend John to anyone looking to buy a home in the Boston area and beyond!

John helped us purchase our home in Cambridge recently. From the get go, John was friendly, flexible, organized and overall great to work with. On his recommendation we really honed into our preferences early on which was a huge help in the house hunting process. Our schedules are crazy to coordinate and we also had a newborn but John would always make things work and find time in his week to accompany us on visits or meet with us to talk through a property. He never made us feel like he was trying to get us to buy a home for the sake of buying it so he could get his commission and call it quits — he was truly vested in this process and we felt like he was a trusted adviser more than a real estate broker. We will definitely stay in touch with him in the years to come not only as a broker but also as a friend.
