It seems that the cashiers here are getting a contact hangover from the Tufts student zombies that trudge in here daily. Hands down, the worst customer service and resulting food from a Dunks. I’d really like to like them, since they are literally 2 minutes from my house. But i’ll go to the one with the drive-thru in medford 9⁄10 times.

I’m a loyal Dunks customer & have been all my life, but this location gets 5 stars because its the ONLY location that has ever offered me a student discount. It may not be much, but its something & it definitely helps! Thankkkkk youuuu Dunks!

Absolutely terrible service. I to any other dunkin donuts. This one also does not seem to have the full menu. Line is often very, very long with only one employee serving people.

Don’t worry, I’m not confusing Dunkies with fine dining: My 4 star rating is relative to other Dunkin Donuts. This DD is tucked inside a convenience store on one of the corners of the Powderhouse Rotary. Despite being inside another business, this Dunkins offers a full menu of drinks, donuts, and sandwiches. I’ve always found the quality to be comparable to any other Dunkins; my blueberry muffin the other day was actually fresher than I expected. There are two bonuses to having DD inside another business: 1. It’s clean in here. 2. There’s stuff to look at while you wait for your sandwich. The big drawback to this Dunkins is that parking is rough. Fortunately for me, my parents live in walking distance so I’m usually footing it, but anyone in a car might find themselves driving on till they find a Dunkins with a lot.
