I just had the BEST egg and cheese(on a bagel) that I’ve ever had. The egg was so fresh, and the cheese wasn’t overpowering. Their coffee is flavorful. It is well worth the little extra to seek out Demet’s(rather than settle for the chain donut shop down the street). Oh, and the donuts and muffins are great, too! Did I mention the friendly service? The ladies behind the counter are always courteous and smiling.

Sandwiches are really good, made fresh! Donuts are good too but the coffee is very light and doesn’t really taste good at all.

I have nothing bad to say about Demet’s. Their coffee is amazing and they have a great flavor selection. Their breakfast sandwiches are SO good! And the donuts are slammin’. I’d recommend getting your breakfast sandwich with double egg & add hashbrows. Seriously so yummy and filling compared to the dinky breakfast sandwiches i’ve gotten elsewhere.

wow is all I can say about this place. Their donuts and breakfast sandwiches are absolutely amazing! I have lived in the area almost 7 years and driven past this place probably a hundred times and never given it a second glance. Wanted to try a new breakfast place today and found this GEM with the help of Unilocalers. We each had a delicious breakfast sandwich which is made with real eggs :) We then took 6 donuts to go to try a variety. We got chocolate coconut, Boston crème, honey cake, original, blueberry and apple cider. I am a chocoholic yet liked the chocolate one the least. The Boston crème was the soft type of fluffy doughnut. The others were all the crispy on the outside and dense inside goodness. If I had to pick a favorite it would probably be the original… although they were all sooooo good! Cant go wrong checking out this place :) Enjoy!

In a never-ending quest to find a place that serves up old-fashioned donuts, we stopped by Demet’s. While we’re not sure anything will ever match a Marty’s Donutland hot honey-dipped donut, Demets came VERY close. The staff was friendly, the coffee(iced and hot) excellent, their prices won’t break the bank, and a dozen assorted donuts didn’t last too long with our taste-testers. It’s earned a spot on our Donut Odyessy map for sure!

Definitely coming back. The extreme breakfast sandwich was fantastic. Perfectly cooked. The coffee was perfect. And the flavor selection was delicious but not over powering. We got there a little too late to have more of a donut selection. But the donuts we did snag were fluffy and moist. A+++ breakfast. We also met thebowner. Extremely friendly guy! Great service. Great breakfast!

The donuts are delicious! They specialize in traditional donuts! We had the jelly, chocolate glazed, coconut, chocolate coconut, sugar, and coffee roll! Everything had excellent fresh flavor and a little crunch on the outside of the donuts!

Great place to get fresh coffee and donuts. I lived in Medford for about 6 years, I am sad to say I did not know about this place until the last two years living there. My first time going there I pulled in and noticed that there were about 3 Medford Police cruisers there. I wasn’t sure if there was something going on or not, but I was happy to find out that the officers were all enjoying their breakfast. I now know why they were all there. They have great donuts and coffee. The donuts are all homemade, in fact if you drive past the store at night you can smell them cooking. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. I noticed that the sandwiches all had real eggs on them and this made a HUGE difference. Like others I will pay more for better quality. The one downside is that it is a cash only place. This makes it tough to go to sometimes…

Really impressed with everything I have tried so far. At first glance Demets looks like a Dunkin knockoff, but don’t let that fool you. The donuts are made in house everyday! They are fluffy, moist, and flavorful, and everything that Dunkin is not! The coffee is also great, and they have some unique flavor shots you can add as well. The breakfast sandwhiches are pretty yummy as well. Just don’t forget to bring cash! The service is always quick, and very friendly, which makes a huge difference in my book!

Awesome little breakfast spot with extremely fast and super friendly service. I had a glazed donut that was the delicious and fresh. I also had a breakfast sandwich made with real eggs and an iced coffee that I’m having trouble finishing all for an affordable price. Definitely choosing to go here for breakfast 10⁄10 instead of Dunks or Starbucks from now on.

Demet’s is a no frills little donut shop. At first glance it looks like a Dunkin knockoff. But once you eat their food you realize that Demets is insanely better. The donuts are delicious. Especially if you get them earlier/fresher. I dare you to compare a glazed donut from Demets to Dunkin. I can assure you that you will never turn back. I go to Demets for the egg sandwiches. A little pricier than Dunkin but I will gladly pay extra for real eggs and good ingredients. Demets is one of those local businesses you can feel good about supporting. Sure you pay a little extra(barely) relative to the chains, but its worth every penny in quality and service. Demets vs Dunkin is like Bob’s Deli vs. Subway. The choice should be easy.

I’m kicking myself for living around the corner from Demet’s for almost a year before finally trying them out.(Well– my stomach is kicking me– my wallet and waistline are fine with it.) I finally went for the first time the morning I was having some out-of-town friends come by for brunch, and was blown away. The only disappointment was the pair of little old ladies– clearly regulars– who snagged the last two marble sticks out from under my nose just before I got to the counter! :) The maple bar is to die for, the coconut was moist and delicious, and the chocolate glaze was possibly the best one I’ve ever had outside of the famous Voodoo Donuts in Portland. If you’re anywhere near Medford and you haven’t tried Demet’s yet, you’re missing out.(But seriously, go early, or you’ll be sad.)

Don’t get too excited – this place is a local business version of Dunkin Donuts. It is what it looks like: A no-frills highway rest stop.

I’ve tried the blueberry donuts, a donut filed with maple cream, and a chocolate glazed donut and they were all great. The blueberry was especially awesome. Also, I’m not a coffee person at all but I took a chance and bought a small after hearing all the fuss about it, and I must say it was very tasty. Both times I’ve been there late in the day, around 5:30PM on a weekday, and there was not much selection left. However, the woman behind the counter was very nice and she even gave me some free donuts, as it was the end of the day and they were closing soon. So there are definitely perks to coming later!

This place is great. The large iced coffees are ginormous! The breakfast sandwiches are nice and fresh. The donuts are absolutely heavenly. It’s impossible to go in here for coffee and leave with only coffee. Because everything just looks so darn yummy. Another bonus — they always have a stack of Metro newspapers by the door for crossword lovers like myself. The only downside is that the selection gets pretty picked over by late morning/early afternoon(sad for someone who works nights and sleeps late!) The parking lot is pretty small and awkward but I’ve always been able to get a spot. It’s also worth noting this place is CASHONLY. They do, however, have a small ATM inside.

We have a terrible habit of wanting to eat at a donut place, and arriving later in the afternoon. This happened again at Demet’s. If you are a donut fan, you know that the result of the above situation is a poor selection of donuts that may have been sitting there for a bit. That being said, we chose a Boston cream and a chocolate frosted. They were tasty, but I look forward to going back and trying some of their best stuff in the morning hours. Seems like a great, local spot. Go there and eat donuts(in the AM.)

I didn’t get here until 2:30pm so there were only the leftovers. I decided to get a sampling of all the ones I could get except the jelly because I don’t like jelly donuts even if they’re the best. They were all very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside… very messy! The chocolate old fashioned was a little too sweet for me, but it was also the most exiting out of all of them(I told you there was nothing left). I enjoyed the coconut the most… the plain old fashioned was eh you know… plain and super dry. I look forward to trying the other softer varieties at the top of the mornin’, during my next trip to Boston.

It’s like Dunkin Donuts but with a 50x awesomeness multiplier. You can get breakfast sandwiches with hash brown on them(«extreme breakfast sandwich») and the donuts are the best I’ve had in Boston. I recommend the bavarian cream highly.
