If you live in Somersworth or Berwick and you order from Hot ‘N Fast. Don’t! I just had the worst customer service of my life. Order a calzone, a large, and a small pizza. and reviewed the order with the person taking the order 3 times. Got a calzone and a Large pizza. We let the driver know. He was very nice and said he’d let them know and try to get it fixed that another driver would probably bring the missing pizza. About 5 mins later the same driver came back and said the large was a Half and Half. We said that wouldn’t work because one of us was a vegetarian. He understood and took the pizza back to have it fixed but we were told we would be charged for the missing pizza. We a little surprised by that as the mess up on their end was pretty big. After thinking about it for a bit we though it wasn’t right as we had already paid $ 26 and then we were going to be charged again even after not one but 2 mistakes. So we called and explained the situation to the«Manager» and she again told us that we WOULD be charged for the missing pizza and that we would be put on their«do not deliver list» because we have always been difficult customers. My family has lived at this address about 6 years and I can count on one hand how many time we have called with an issue more than«My pizza was suppose to be here an hour ago». We agreed to have them deliver and that we would pay and that their response was uncalled for since we hadn’t done anything wrong and we wouldn’t be ordering from them again. When the new driver arrived we were all very annoyed but knew he was not at fault he was just delivering the corrected pizzas. We explained the problem we had and that we’d like to speak to the owner and asked if they had their number. We explained that were paying for the missing and corrected pizzas and didn’t feel that we were treated fairly. His response was very curt stating that the if we wanted to talk to the Owner her number was on the box. Then we tried to explain to him our conversation with the manager and our frustration with the situation more for it to be relayed to the owner. His response was«I am just delivering the pizzas. Please don’t ruin my night». Upon hearing that I had heard enough. I grabbed the pizzas and said,“You know what we’re done take the pizza and give us our money back. I have had enough.” He told me that he wasn’t taking the pizza. I responded that I can walk down there to the pizza place if I need to. To which he threw the money we had given him for the pizzas he delivered on the floor and walked off. I left shortly afterwards and took the pizza back to Hot N” Fast. I was greeted by the owner after the customer in front of me left with«So, all this for $ 7.80?» I said«Yes, all of this for being charged $ 7.80 on a pizza that wasn’t there in the first place and the other being messed up to begin with.» They gave me given our money back. Then they said«But we fix it.» Then the owner chimed in with«You guys are always a problem’. I said, «I believe you are confusing us with other people, There are several people who live at this address but there are different apartments. We never call with any problems». At that point the manager pipes in and says«See this why we put you on the do not deliver list.» At this point I was asked to leave. I told them before I left that, «I work in retail and I have worked in food service and this is fucking ridiculous». After 16 years in retail and a few of those years also being spent in back of the house food service. I have never heard of nor been involved in any events that could possibly resemble the situation that happened tonight. I am severely disappointed in everyone at Hot N’ Fast. For those wondering… We did get our pizza fix tonight. It was delivered by a pleasant driver Hot and Fast. And most important it was correct Thanks Pizza Hut!!!

Really nice people and good delivery area but expensive, $ 24 for large 2 topping(not including tip). Also, had the«deep dish» and it wasn’t very good. The crust was tough and had no flavor. It tasted as if the dough had been in the frigerator for a couple days and was made of flour and water only.

Not a fan of the pizza — I judge pizza by how good one can make a pepperoni pizza … Simple right? Well no — when the ingredients are cheap you can tell, super greasy. I bit into it and the cheese and pepperoni came right off. Gross. Not generally a fan of thick crust pizza anyway, bias aside a frozen pizza is better than this. On the other hand I do feel they make a decent steak and cheese & the staff is always very nice. Seems a lot cleaner than the place a few doors down too… So I won’t go here for my pizza fix but when I feel the need for a steak and cheese it will do.

The food here isn’t bad. But it also isn’t the best. With small changes it could be great. Their pizza is Awsome but the crust isn’t consistent. Some days we get pizzas that are crispy and perfectly cooked, and other days we get a flat hard over or under cooked pizza, awful. Also you can tell they dobt use mozzarella in the pizza cheese. And of they do it’s very little, just having cheddar is very bland and makes the cheese burn. Recently their steak subs changed. You can clearly tell and it was for the better. The new steak sub is delicious and full of flavor. The old sub was kinda dry and bland. Over all their salads are great and they have Awsome appatizers. We just wish they would have better pizza or at least ‘ve consistent.

My husband picked up our pizza to bring home. It wasn’t the first tasteless pizza we had from them, but we wanted to give them another chance. We ate it because we were famished, but oh, what a total disappointment that was. Just awful. My husband mentioned this to the owner’s wife the next day and she said, ’ We make it the same way, same sauce all the time.’ Too late, they lost us as customers and we’re not going back.

Totally saved my party at the Works when my food order fell through from an other place! Thank you sooooooo much. Their subs were fantastic with real bread and came just in time!

This place does not stand out for any reason that is good. They have a delivery charge, which they did not say on the phone when we ordered, or on their menu. When calling back to ask about it, the girl who answered was extremely rude, saying«Well, it doesn’t say the delivery is free, does it?!?». The customer service was awful in that regard. The food is not made on-site which is something I look for in a good restaurant. Chicken tenders are clearly frozen, and their buffalo tenders don’t have sauce, they’re just tiny, dry plain tenders with a little kick. They were pretty disgusting actually. The fries tasted frozen. All in all the whole experience was bad. It came hot and it was fast, but that’s about it. So quality of food i’d give it a zero. Customer service, i’d also give a zero. I’m not only giving it 1 star because I have to but also because the delivery guy was nice and it was pretty quick. Then again, it shouldn’t take long to heat up pre-cooked frozen food right? Eh… Take the extra 10 minute drive to Lafesta Pizza in Dover, their food is amazing!

On the Restaurant Very diverse and mouth-watering menu options. We definitely want to head back to try more. The other patrons gave it rave reviews. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were very small… I’m pretty sure they were designed with a chimpanzee in mind. Butternut Squash Ravioli The garlic bread totally made this meal complete. I could have used more squash, because the taste of the sauce was over-powering. Taste: *** Wait Time: **** Price: **** House Special Calzone Absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of grease. The extra sauce on the side was divine. Honestly, I could have eaten two! I can’t wait to try the Hawaiian Calzone. Taste: ***** Wait Time: *** Price: ***

I recently stopped at Somersworth House of Pizza aka Hot N’ Fast, which is located in the heart of the small busy downtown area. There are plenty of pizza options to choose from in the immediate area, but I decided on Hot N’ Fast since I wanted to get a hot pizza, fast! I believe that is their slogan for delivery using bright red delivery vehicles. The place itself is very cozy with an order counter(overhead menu board) and hard booth seating with the classic Subway yellow color, hmmmm… Just a quick note, this is not«hot and ready» pizza like at Little Caesar’s, which has their pizzas baked ahead of time and all set to go in seconds. The pizza here is made quickly and baked to order. Besides traditional pizza on the menu, they offer specialty pizzas, pizza calzones, appetizers, pasta dinners, subs, wraps, dinner plates. salads, gyros, seafood, poutines, baklava, and Coke products. Most items(except some large pizzas) are under $ 11. I ordered a small 10″ Cheese Pizza($ 5.80 plus tax) to go. The cheese pizza in the small pan is already premade and popped in the oven. About 11 minutes later, pizza was done, nice and hot and not bad! The staff was friendly. The pizza was a Greek style pie. The crust was crispy on the outside, thick puffed edges and thin soft crust in the center, topped sauce and cheese. Overall, pretty decent tasting!
