Just got an email today from UNO saying that the Dover location is closed. Bummer.

Great meal, and awesome service. Our waiter Tim was friendly, enjoyable to chat with, and attentive. Loved our Caesar salads, the excellent pizza, and our«fizzy» water. The combination of quality meals and a good team of people make this place perfect for satisfying our pizza craving! Thanks!

Great service by bartender Michelle, who made a mistake with the order but quickly owned up to it and was friendly, personable, and courteous. We will return!

Mediocre food that’s way over priced. Way better options for less. Paid over 40 bucks for 2 pasta dishes and a app. Food is not anything special!

Great spot to get a drink and bite to eat. my go to meal is the Uno burger and the boneless buffalo wings. Service has been very good and the food quality is always consistent.

Originally from Chicago, my husband is picky about pizza. There are no Giordano’s, Gino’s east or Lou Malnati’s out here, unfortunately. This place will do! Large menu, my toddler loves coming here and you also can’t beat the 2 pizzas for $ 20. Heavy pizza but when paired with a salad, a great meal!

Pros-They seated us & took our order right away. The waitress was very nice & attentive. Cons-The salads had brown, slimy lettuce, the steak was over cooked & the chicken looked nothing like the picture. We hadn’t been to uno’s in 5 years & we won’t be going back, ever!

I eat at this Uno’s often since it has a gluten free menu and I have celiac disease. Today’s lunch — a salad — was excellent(fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, added GF turkey). The service was also excellent — the waiter was prompt, courteous and familiar with the gluten free menu. Over the years, however, I have found inconsistencies in the food quality and service at this Uno’s. Their pricing for add-ons(turkey added to the salad, for example) changes from waitperson to waitperson, so it is important to ask ahead of time. Not all waitstaff are very familiar with the gluten free menu and since they often prepare the salads(at least at lunch), it is important to find this out and let them know how to reduce the risks for cross contamination. Unfortunately they are still serving GF pizza that has been baked in the same oven with the regular wheat based pizzas. This poses a high risk for cross contamination during the baking process. Technically this is really not gluten free after baking.

Our group of 30 enjoyed a wonderful lunch buffet at Uno’s this past weekend. We were in town for a hockey tournament and worked with Maureen at Uno’s to set up a pizza and salad buffet for a group of children and their parents. She was very responsive and worked with us on the group pricing(since the corporate prices for group lunch buffets on Uno’s website seemed high). Maureen went the extra mile and offered to decorate with balloons(and even accommodated my request for the team colors) and provided crayons and coloring sheets for the young players. The pizzas and salads tasted great and the two servers were very accommodating. The restaurant itself was very clean and spacious(high ceilings) and our group had a fun and relaxing lunch.

Really good food. Average service. Bar area and kitchen open very late(or early). Favorite place for great food late at night.

Unos food is consistent — generally good, if a little expensive for what it is. I always enjoy their steaks, and the salads are excellent. If you are someone who watches sodium, you might have a little challenge, but there are several good choices. Just make sure to check out the nutrition facts. They have a full bar, and the drinks are delicious. The biggest weakness about this particular Unos is that the service is slow. This opinion is not simply based on one visit — I have gone there several times. I particular, it takes forever to get those«can I start you off with a drink» orders. Thus, one’s first impression of the table service is negative, which taints the perception of the rest of the meal. So, even if the kitchen is faster than the bar — which it is — you still feel like things are taking a long time. Fortunately, the meal is usually satisfying, and so I will go back there. But for a place with so much competition right there in the area, I would think that service issue would be something they would want to address.

So bad. Where do I start? The only reason my husband and I went to Uno’s was because I received a birthday coupon for a free entrée. I ordered the shrimp, salmon, baked haddock trio and my husband ordered the Milanese salad. My fish dish tasted okay but the whole thing was lukewarm. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to bring my potato side after she had already delivered the fish. My husband’s salad was gross. Apparently the cook out back forgot to put on the balsamic vinaigrette but the salad still looked like it had dressing on it because there was so much olive juice saturating the lettuce. I don’t think the cook drained the olives before throwing a handful of them on top of the lettuce. It was inedible so my husband sent it back. Salad #2 was just salad #1 rearranged on a different plate– the same cold bread stick, the same chicken breast(now cold), and the same wilted, olive-tasting lettuce. The manager was nice enough and made sure to bring out salad #3 which was much better. At this point we had been waiting for an hour. We ordered a mini dessert cookie that took an additional 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Also, the waitress rang up our bill incorrectly a few times. The whole experience was disappointing and confirmed that we’ll never be back. The last time we were at Uno’s the pizza was served cold in the middle. How could Uno’s mess up a pizza? The food is sub-par, the waitstaff is a bit clueless(but nice!) and the prices are too expensive for the crappy quality of food.

I’m giving one star only because I can’t give less. I have visited this location in the past and got decent food for a chain restaurant. My recent trip, however, was nothing short of ghastly. Spent $ 20 on a pizza — and it showed up not only sickeningly small(10″…really?) but cold in the middle. The cheddar & broccoli soup was disgusting. It was a pasty, salty, nasty muck — without a single floret of broccoli in it. It may have tasted better to lick the food trap in the dishwasher. When it was complained about, the waitress just said«that’s too bad» and walked off. To top the evening off, we left with a fun case of food poisoning. My advice: skip UNOs and when it closes in 6 months maybe a good restaurant will open in its place. I will not return.

Good as far as chains go. Very friendly. Service is decent speed and they’re good with customizations on your dishes. Also a great gluten free menu.

Not one of the better Uno locations, they charge for each fountain drink separately. That can be a surprise if you are a regular Uno customer elsewhere.

This Uno’s is located in a cluster of Applebees, Chili’s, & the 99. Though I’m not a particular chain guy, I’ll always pick Uno’s of the four as the staff is friendlier, the prices(esp. on drinks) are lower, and the food is better(by far). The Soup/Salad/Sandwich deal during weekday lunches is great for catching up with a friend or a business lunch. Quick & delicious. Also, I’ve dined there with small children several times and the wait staff is great with kids.

I feel a little odd reviewing a chain restaurant… I’d rather review Mom & Pop restaurants and dives, which are more down my alley. But something must be said of this particular chain. Uno’s has, as a chain, done what most restaurants have been unwilling to do: they bent over backwards to serve and cater to people with Celiac disease.(That is, people who are unable to eat the gluten found in wheat, rye, or barley due to intestinal problems) I know, it sounds insane that a pizza chain of all places would do that. But they do. Dover was one of the original testing sites for the gluten-free concept, which has now spread corporate wide. They are also extremely eager to discover ways to improve upon this program: my wife(who has Celiac disease) suggested once to the chef that they cook the gluten-free pizzas for five additional minutes. The next time we came into the restaurant, we learned that they had adopted the extra cooking time as a corporate-wide policy. There’s something jaw-droppingly astounding about that level of customer service, and they should be commended for it. The pizza itself(gluten free as well as regular) is delicious, as well as their other dishes. But if you have Celiac disease, just know that Uno’s has your back… and they are on the ball.
