Business Owner
Chef Kyle attended Culinary school after serving as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army in the late 1990s. He worked at various restaurants in the Washington D.C. area, such as Galileo’s (with Chef Roberto Donna), Tunnicliff’s Tavern and the Tower Club in Tyson’s Corner. He also was a guest Chef for organizations like D.C. based Food and Friends and D.C. Marriott’s Charter High School Culinary program and worked as a Catering Sous Chef. He believes strongly in sourcing food as local as possible, bringing the farm to your table and serving food at the height of its freshness.
