I was disappointed unfortunately with my experience at this location as I do love Which Wich! Which Wich closes at 8:00PM in this location and at 6:50 when I entered it looked as if it was closed. All the chairs were stacked on the tables and I had to ask if they were still open. Non the less I continues on to order my sandwiches and when I got to the register I waited almost 5 minutes before someone came to check me out. There were two other girls in the facility that were chatting with the girl behind the counter in front of me. What finally got my blood boiling was that 10… not 10…15…not 15 but going into 20 minutes I listened to the girls chat and receive money from the back until I finally got my 3 sandwiches I ordered. I don’t know if they were employees but they were not on the clock and they were taking up customers times. My plan was to get in and get out this was not the case. At the end of my horrible service I was just told Have a good one. Well, I can tell you now I wont be back to this location so it was my last one.

i work around the corner and we order here often. Very busy, and sometimes they get the orders wrong, or they give another persons sandwich, but that’s goes with having a happening place. so before you leave just make you are taking your own food and that your order is right. otherwise, excellent sandwiches and delicious grilled cheese.

The last couple of times I’ve gotten my sandwich from them they’ve messed it up somehow or completely gave me the wrong order. I had a coworker get me an ice cream sandwich from there and the cookie was so soggy they broke the minute you picked them up and the ice cream was already melted. I’m not sure if they have had new staff come in recently as this has never been a problem before but 4 out of 4 times in the last month and a half is where I draw the line and stop going. When you do say something they roll their eyes at you. Not worth it. I’ll spend my $ 10 elsewhere

Found this gem while heading down south. Order it your way, hot or cold. Sandwiches are great and the service is personal:). Thanks!!!

Expensive food, good potato chips. Slow service but nice people. Don’t go after 1 — crowded with kids from local school.

Lomas Santa Fe in Solana Beach is one of my favorite pit-stop off-ramps in-between OC and SD. Once you jump off the 5, there’s plenty of essentials — food, beverages and fuel. I saw Which Which and decided to try this new place out for lunch. Here’s what I found: * Ordering is accomplished by checking boxes on a brown paper bag. Even so, the cashier still had follow-up questions for me(hot or cold?, small or large?, etc.). It was too much work. If you had a buzz, you’d just give up and walk a couple of doors down to Panda Express. * The service was slow. I waited over 10 minutes to get an uncomplicated sandwich. * My sandwich(turkey on wheat) wasn’t anything sexy. It looked and tasted the same as a Subway sandwhich, but at a stiffer price of $ 6.75. * When giving me change, the cashier skipped giving me the quarter out of my dollars. I guess she gave herself(or the house) 25 cent a tip. I didn’t have the energy to ask for my spare change. * The lead sandwich builder, a tall blonde named Ashley, had a hickey on her neck, which in a very odd and random way added a star to my review. * There’s a Starbucks next door, which is a plus. If Which Which operated Starbucks, it would be called«Coffee Coffee» and you’d be required to fill out the order on your own cup. * Of the newer sandwich places I’ve been to, Jimmy John’s serves a better sandwich(especially the Italian«#5 Vito») at a better price and with much faster service. And, there’s no buzz-kill paper bags to fiddle with.

This is my new favorite sandwich place. The workers are friendly, prices decent and yummy sandwiches. A warmed chocolate chip cookie is the perfect way to end a meal.

I have been to several locations and always love their sandwiches. I will say I was underwhelmed by this location. I used the online ordering app, it was fast and convenient. My order was finishing up when I arrived so that was good. But my sandwich was only so so. The bread was very dry, like it was not so fresh. The other toppings were tasty and fresh as I expect them but they were not placed very well I had some toppings majority on one half and other toppings on the other. My sandwich was also much thinner than I am used too. The other locations load up the toppings to the point I almost need a fork! I ordered an avocado and tomato sandwich and found there to be a pretty shy amount of avocado, it being a main ingredient it should have been more prominent. The worker, garret, appeared to be alone so maybe he didn’t have the time to attend to my sandwich properly. Hopefully this location can get better staffed and train their employees as well as the other locations.

Good. Had my first sandwich there and I liked that the bread was thin and was cruchy when cooked. Good sandwich.

It was my first time going yesterday! For lunch around the time 12:50 — 1:50pm 7÷14÷2015. Cody, Garrett, and Addy were all super nice and very helpful! They answered all my questions and even went out of their way to answer them! They were guiding me and helping me every step of the way, which I really appreciate and was extra wonderful customer service! I am confident the rest of the staff on this shift were as well because of how quickly the sandwich was made! They were all very modest! I said«Wow!» to find out that Addy was a manager! The reason being was she was so humble, friendly kind, helpful, and working hard like everyone else! They were an amazing fun team! I heard them work together, laugh, and were very quick all at the same time! It was a very enjoyable environment because of the staff, delicious sandwich, and an amazing experience! Thank you all! It is so worth the drive from Vista to see your smiling faces and genuine service! I will tell ALL my friends! :D I wish everyone here the best!

This is a custom made sandwich shop that is actually a cool idea. You pick a brown sack and use a marker to choose the bread, toppings, cheese, sauces, etc and sit down until they call your name telling you it’s ready. Very convenient and a custom made sandwich that is of a much higher quality than your typical chain sub shop. The options are endless and the staff is very good at walking you through the ordering process if it is your first time. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you have been here once you quickly get the hang of how to order. Although I was alone on this visit, I did notice they cater for corporate or other events. It is pricier for a sandwich than a lower end sub chain, however I think it is worth paying a little more to eat out if it tastes better. On this particular visit the staff was really scrambling and it wasn’t even lunch time, however usually the service is better.

One of my new favorite sandwich places! I ordered the black bean veggie sandwich with hummus and vegetables. Everything was fresh and delicious! The only bummer part was that it took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich to go. Guess that means they’re good and worth the wait. I will definitely be back

Went to this location on a Saturday afternoon with my husband. We waited 24 minutes for our sandwiches. They did not even make mine, they only handed out his. When my husband asked about the second sandwich they said«oops we will start that now.» There were no people ahead of us. It was the most ridiculous experience.

This is a pretty new location, easy to get too right off the highway and easy parking. The staff is a bit slow, about 15 minutes to make my sandwich and I was the only one there. I do love the concept of the place, so many options and you check off every veggie and sauce that you want after choosing your mains. Prices are fair for what you get, I had a small and by the time I added pretty much all the toppings it was enough for a second snack later. If you are a real meat eater, they are skimpy with the toppings, for me not a problem as I don’t like meat anyways, they really fill it up with veggies which works for me. One of my favorite places to grab a sandwich, I really wish they were open for breakfast already.

First review ever. Nice kids nothing against service, but sandwich was somehow worse than subway… I knew it was a chain, so I suppose I shouldn’t have expected much, but few obvious complaints: –just wheat/white bread options? –Meat tasted processed –vegetables beyond bland. Really only tasted mayo. Flavors blended into an depressing mesh like any other chain. Props for options, I suppose, but if it all tastes the same what’s the point? Again, no worries on service, and I hate writing bad reviews, but $ 10 for a subpar subway sandwich? Seriously. What a joke

I thought I’d give this chain a second try even though my first experience was so-so. The BLT was SO bad I couldn’t eat it! There was a teaspoon of bacon bits in the sandwich! I basically paid $ 6.25 for the worst which ever.

Had lunch here today. Love the chain I have never had a bad meal here. This location is right off the 5 freeway. Fairly new. The management is eager to please. As soon as you walk in they are friendly and willing to help. The food was great nice and warm and prepared the way I like it.

My very first visit to a Which Which! They opened just a week ago and the place looks and runs great! I experienced amazing customer service and I love the system! Upon arrival, you pick the bag with the protein you want, then fill out the bag with everything you want! Hot or cold sandwiches, lettuce wraps, bowls, and a kids menu. so much to consider! My turkey, bacon, & avo on wheat was delicious! Fresh, fast, and friendly!
