Opened in 1977, Judy Scheibe has owned and operated Paper Paper for over 35 years. Even though a lot has changed over the years, no change was bigger than moving to a new location in Solana Beach in July 2010. Combining Paper Paper and Flashbacks under one roof has allowed us to stay competitive in the market and thrive where many other small businesses have not. This is mainly due to our dedication to service and the enjoyment of helping our customers find just what they want for that special occasion.
