Solana Beach Cab

Ordered a cab from my Encinitas address to get to the SAN airport.
Good — the driver was on time (actually a little early, he tried to rush me because he had a pickup right after my drop-​off, which didn’t bother me too much — I’d rather he be early). I got to the airport on time.
Bad — The driver started the meter (the price quoted on the website was a flat rate), I had to call him out on this, then he said «ok, if the meter is less we’ll use that» which of course it wasn’t. Then on the website it quotes a price from Encinitas to SAN, and another from Carlsbad to SAN — because the driver took the La Costa exit, he charged me the extra ten dollars despite the fact that I live in Encinitas.
Overall, a punctual service, but a little shadiness is there at least from one of the drivers. Thus, two stars, because «Meh.»

Ordered a taxi for 3:30am pickup to SAN Airport through Solana Cab. The taxi arrived on time, the driver was friendly, but not overly so, and the ride was pleasant. Overall– a positive experience. I will go with them next time, too.
