Mobile Waiter

Wow. Let’s talk about the fact we normally order from this place when we get food at lunch and I am use the fact that they are always running late — I mean they can’t control the restaurants sometimes… but today to give BAD customer is not good.
Our order today was 2 hours late. Fine. That sucks but fine.
When I talked to the CS the second time they called they said they would talk to the manager about comping our meal — THEY brought it up,
When the food finally arrived they were actually missing a salad so I called back and told them and mentioned what CS said about comping the meal… at that point the guy on the phone (probably the manager) really got upset and said we only made $ 9.99 off this delivery and how was he going to comp a $ 170 lunch for that…
I get it. But your people brought it up and I was following up on what they said… I know you are having a bad day but really to take out it on your customer?
I mentioned that we also use another delivery service… and before I could get the rest of my sentence out he said «Fine use them I don’t care».
I was speechless.
I just said «great customer service» and hung up.
Wow. Just Wow.
Funny — had he been just a little nicer I would have understood but he was kind of an arse.

How about zero stars? HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have now been waiting an hour for the food and I am starting to think we will not receive it. They close and don’t answer their phones even though they have customers that may need to call them and express their concern for lack of delivery.
I like the idea especially since sometimes I am too lazy to get up and get something or cook so the concept is good but not executed well.
I should start my own delivery service for downtown residents but then again considering I am too lazy to get food myself I am not sure how well I would do delivering food for others.
Anyways, back to the point… DO NOT ORDER from here unless you plan a few hours in advance. You will NOT get your food on time — guaranteed.
Why pay for cold food hours later? I should go out to get food and stiff these sorry asses…
