Waves of change has a friendly, ‘Aloha’, vibe that I noticed the first time I walked in the door.
I’ve taken the ‘Fun’ctional Fitness Class, and for someone who usually practices yoga and just surfs to workout, this was a great class! I was definitely sore in all the right places the next day, especially my core. I loved the pace of the class and the variety, moving from cardio work to bosu balls and TRX. It was absolutely a great time, with knowledgeable instructors and a friendly group.
