Anthony was great! He replied less than one hour to my service quote request and saw me the next day and on time. In less than an hour of his arrival, he replaced the broken thermostat on my dryer, cleaned the back of the machine and even gave me tips on preventing future activities which could lead to costly dryer repair. He was very enthusiastic and easy to deal with.

Anthony is amazing! I called him after normal work hours, but he took my call anyway and set up an appt. He knew immediately what was wrong with our fridge, explained it to my husband, did the repair and was out the door in under 25 minutes! He even gave us some trouble shooting tips for an issue with our dryer! I highly recommend Anthony for your repair needs. His card is on my fridge for our next issue! All the reviews are right on!

Anthony is awesome! The icemaker in my fridge stopped working last night. I called him this morning. He was here in just a few hours and gone within 30 minutes. He replaced my old icemaker with a new one he had on his truck. The cost was reasonable, too. What an amazing customer experience! I will call him for all my appliance needs in the future.

Punctual. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Anthony was a true professional and replaced my leaky water intake calve on my fridge. He also improved the water line from copper to a flexible hose with it’s own shut off valve. Very thoughtful, and I will definitely call him again if I have any appliance issues.

I 100% agree with previous reviews — Anthony cares about saving you money. I have a Thermador high-​end microwave that was not heating properly. He was able to do a diagnosis over the phone (check how long it took to heat water to boiling, check for odors, etc.) and told me that the replacement part needed to reduce my heating time would cost me over $ 400. He suggested that I save my money and just learn to starting cooking everything a bit longer. We have used him for various appliance repairs in the past. He always arrives the same day and he has always had the parts needed on his truck allowing him to repair on the spot.

Anthony was great — he came out same day, called on the way and gave me good tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. He was professional, friendly and pretty reasonably priced. (He also told me Ito leave the repair work to the professionals as I had tried to repair the issue myself, but I believe he has a good point).
I’d wholeheartedly recommend these guys for home appliance repairs.

HONEST & EFFICIENT! 1st repair man I’ve met that cares about fixing the issue while saving you money. Parents’ fridge and dishwasher had issues –we all know how urgent that is in the modern world, and Anthony came out right away and resolved everything in a snap. He’s KNOWLEDGABLE, PERSONABLE, and ECONOMICAL.

Amazing service by Anthony. He was busy, but wanted to get my repair in same day. Called me and was at my house 15minutes later. His very organize, gets to the root cause, and figures out the fix. I had my ice maker go out, and right away he knew the issue. Ice cubes are now filling up to be crushed…

My washer over flowed. Anthony was quick to respond to my call and fixed the problem within half an hour. After he fixed my washer, he explained what broke. He also educated me how to prevent any more appliances break down so that I can save money. He also took upon himself to review ALL of my appliances in my home and gave me his opinion of what to do should this particular appliance were to break. His fees were very reasonable. Since he did an outstanding job I paid him an extra 20% of the bill.

Great service from start to finish. Called me back promptly after leaving a message. Came out within the hour. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, he vacuumed out my dusty dryer and found me $ 9 in change. Even though he had other clients he explained some do’s and don’t of doing laundry. I can see why he gets 5 stars. I would not hesitate calling him again. Hopefully, like he said, I won’t have to for a long time :)

Had an overnight freezer failure followed by overall breakdown by mid-​morning.
Knew that without quick help, I’d lose everything in the refrigerator. After calling 4 other repair services and finding no one who could even come the same day, I found Anthony via Unilocal.
He arrived so quickly I was almost skeptical, but still relieved. He got down to the task (even cleaned behind our unit) and within 45 minutes a new motherboard for the computer in the unit was humming away.
While I had no basis for comparison (and when you are in a pinch you often have no choice) but the price seemed fair and the work is guaranteed,

Out of no where my dryer stopped heating up so I turned to good olé Unilocal to help me find someone to fix it. Anthony came up in my search and had the best reviews! Well the reviews didn’t lie he was fast, helpful and efficient and got my dryer working in no time! I called him the evening my dryer went out and he was here 8am the next morning! He even did extra things I didn’t expect like clean the back of my dryer and nail in my hose vent that kept falling off. He guarantees his parts for 90 days. He even gave me some helpful tips to wash my clothes. Always fill your washer with dirty clothes first and then turn on water and add detergent to the top! I have been doing it the opposite way my entire life… water first. Total cost for repairs was $ 150.
