Dean A. Goetz

Although I’ve never need Mr. Geotz personally, I have referred many people to him. Each have all said wonderful things. It’s nice to know that if something bad were to happen, I know where to go. He is (without a doubt) one of the best attorneys in all of San Diego. I highly recommend him and I would give him more stars if I could.

Mr. Goetz very recently represented me in a suit filed nearly a year and half ago that was settled in our favor due to his legal prowess in presenting (and successfully arguing) facts to elucidate the truth. Over two years ago, I was seriously injured on my bicycle, disabled and unable to work for eight months, due to a motorist’s negligence and unethical disregard for my welfare. Mr. Goetz’s tireless efforts and astute legal strategy ultimately won a very fair settlement that also made me feel vindicated. Four other attorneys I’d approached before him had declined to take on the complexities and nuances of my case. Although it was clear that another person had caused, and not taken responsibility for, my damages, it was not an ‘easy’ case to win. But, Dean Goetz believed in me and making me legally ‘whole’, taking it on my case and giving it his all. He alone had the courage and the drive to defend my interests. I came to him several months after the incident, and the pain I was still living with even then did not go unnoticed. He conveyed that he cared about me as a human being who had been wronged, not just as a case with legal merit. He took the time to hear my account and put his faith in me, the truth, and his abilities to argue my case and present the evidence persuasively. He achieved his goal of making me ‘whole’ with commensurate compensation. He was perseverant in reviewing my medical records, relevant financial records, personal documentation of daily sequelae, police reports, and critical video evidence. Mr. Goetz and his team’s shrewd and focused presentation ultimately was compellingly convincing. Opposing counsel had to acknowledge that he had proven the veracity of our case.
