History

Established in 1985.

The Carriage House Inn was established in 1985 by Vivian and Jim Dendecker when they converted this lovely 1870s Victorian house into a bed and breakfast. In 2006, the Carriage House was recognized by Arrington’s Inn Traveler as the «Best B&B in North America». The current owners, Claudine and Jerry Karczewski, became the new innkeepers in the summer of 2011, and endeavor to provide a premium lodging experience in Sodus Point
