Kaya started the company in 2007 in Sequim, WA with her Her first contract of over 35 Vacation Rentals.

Having worked all of her young adult life in San Juan’s doing various types of jobs from

Construction to cleaning high end homes she was able to utilize her prior experience in property management, cleaning services and construction clean up to establish what is now know as a exceptional action and quality of care for the client that expands past just traditional cleaning services.

As the years have gone by, Kaya has been able to build the company all while attending college and now has 2 degrees as well a welding certification in addition to becoming a General Contractor. She is. Rey brawny do to be a successful small business owner!

However, She doesn’t do any of this alone! She has been able to provide excellent service and care for her clients all over the Pacific Northwest of Washington State with the exceptional staff.
