I bought a new house and wanted to get the furnace and heat pump checked out and tuned up, as the house had been sitting empty for a while. Mark, the owner, called back, set up a time and showed up as promised. He did a great job. He could have made up something that needed repairing, but he didn’t. He was honest. All he charged for was the service fee, which he told me what it was up front before we set up the appointment. And it was HALF of what another local company said they would charge. So, I highly recommend Mark and Bothell Heating & Air Conditioning.
