Long travel day and I was looking forward to a glass of wine and dinner. We were told it would be a 10 min wait so we said we would wait at the bar. Great service but they could only serve beer as they lost their license to serve anything but beer. Well darn. Then after a short time a table was ready. We sat and waited. And waited. And waited. We were at a table that a server had not been assigned. Once we figured that out were given a great server. Food was a bit slow to arrive but was better than expected.

Hostesses, you are the first impression of the place and let’s just say it wasn’t a very good first impression. I’m sorry us walking through the door was a burden.
Don’t advertise a bar when it hardly has liquor.
The server Emily was the only good thing about our $ 70 Bill. Such a waste of money and an hour of my life.

The only reason I give this place one star is for the poor waiter who was trying so fucking hard to do a good job. He did the best he could, but it seemed the rest of the staff there was working against him. The place is a dirty shit hole with bad to mediocre food.

Every time we go for the prime rib special they are out. We got up and left. Got there before 7 pm. Waitress told us table before us got the last of it. Third time we have been to different locations and they are out.

Came in and sat there for about 20 mins, waiters looked at us about 3 times and never once bothered even to take our drink order. I told the hostess, and she said she was just a hostess. The waitress then told me she never assigned anyone to the table… sad place, typical chain that doesn’t care about customer service.

A pretty awful experience. To start, the menu was sticky. Not a good sign. I ordered the «classic cheeseburger», medium rare. It arrived — after quite a wait — well done, burnt on the edges and tasted old. The fries were were lukewarm and had the taste and texture of cardboard. At least it was during happy hour, so the beer was cheap.

My wife and I ordered curbside to go as we recovered from our trip to Bonnaroo before our flights home. The food was initially ready on time but when I got back to our hotel I realized my entrée was missing. I went back and even though there was a mixup when the order was taken they quickly got made missing entrée. The food was what we were expecting and exactly what we needed for a quick convenient meal at the end of a long trip.

Just in for a business lunch. Ordered just catfish only and a baked potato with butter instead of fries. I got catfish, fries, hush puppies, baked potato with sour cream. One of the others in our party asked for honey mustard which he finally got when he was finishing his sandwich. Had to ask for refills of our tea. Sorry but not a fan. Either the wait staff or the kitchen can’t take an order correctly.

The place is understaffed nightly! Bar has 8 empty booths and we are unable to occupy any one of them due to staff! This is terrible! If it wasn’t for the bartenders I would never come back! Stay away if you’re hungry!

After a bad valentine’s meal the day before I was looking for a rebound. This place did iy. They took care of us and I was able to get a very tasty prime rib and a coupon for a free app which they let me use. Bravo goes to these folks they really stepped up and came with some good eats for us.

Can never go wrong @ O CHARLEY’s. I have been here several times and I cannot complain. They serve hearty so be ready to share or take home unless your hungry. Clean and friendly staff. Enjoy!

Food is okay. Service is fast and friendly. I ordered the cheese soup. Was too rich for me. We started with the cheese fondue with the tater tots. I didn’t care for it. Next time I am going to order something without cheese. My husband had the grilled chicken Caesar salad which was good,

This place is very consistent! Ordered the Bayou shrimp pasta and my wife ordered the Catfish dinner both were good. Good service too!

My family met here for a family meal while I was visiting from out of town. Since moving to the north east I have not been to O’Charles in several years and I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately, it was not a great visit.
Our waitress was friendly and got our drink order quickly. The bread was on our table as drinks were served. Our table was clean and the seating comfortable enough.
Unfortunately, despite the lack of a crowd our food order took almost an hour to be brought out. The waitress apologised and I felt sorry for her as this was obviously a kitchen issue. The on duty manger never came to apologise or explain anything which shows poor management involvement.
My family told me that this is a common issue and is the reason they don’t visit this location if they can help it. The food was fine but not worth the wait.

I ate here for the first time. Horrible! My family and I had to wait 45 minutes until we actually got a table! Then we waited for another 30 minutes just to receive food, but it turned out to be nasty and raw! My steak was suppose to be Medium-​rare, but instead came out raw and bloody. My server was extremely slow too. Never coming here again.

it should close!!! I know WAY TOO MUCH about what goes on at that place… don’t eat there. Besides the fact that they treat their employees like complete cap, the food is gross even when cooked, plated & delivered correctly (when that ACTUALLY HAPPENS)…management is a JOKE from the top of the corporate ladder all the way down. The ones in charge have NEVER actually worked in a restaurant. They are clueless… they got rid of the ones who knew what they were doing & kept Leslie??? Everyone that has ever met her can tell she’s a complete idiot… she SMOKES IN THE KITCHEN & SMELLS LIKE AN ASHTRAY… that’s not even the worst part… there’s plenty more… just ask.

They’re lucky I gave them 1 star, service is horrible. Manger Leslie is a bitch an rude! Food, is gross! I use to eat here a couple times a month but everything’s gone down hill. I done coming here! I’ll take my business elsewhere
