Now, you, your friends and associates can enjoy the flavors of award winning, competition style BBQ delivered to your home or office for Lunch, Meeting or a Party. Sandwiches, Ribs, Brunswick Stew, Hush Puppies and Slaw, all Classic Southern BBQ fare, are available at your door with a days notice. We are small caterers, cooking to order for the freshest product available. We have several menus posted on our website for individual, 10 person and bulk orders. We make our own, authentic, regional sauces and cook low and slow in a professional smoker. We can cook onsite for BBQ’s of up to 100 persons. You can also request other Southern specialties in addition to the BBQ. Just ask. Please call or email for quotations for your next event.

Established in 2009.
Like so many successful restaurants, Gary and JoEllen Osteen started by cooking for guests of personal parties. From dinner parties to 100 person Superbowl parties, we love to make great food for our guests. So many of our friends suggested that we offer this food to the public that we decided to actually do it. As long time competition cookers we established F&A BBQ to bring those flavors to other hosts looking for exceptional food without the hassle of dealing with impersonal restaurant catering personnel. F&A will succeed by providing the kind of BBQ that all Southerners salivate for, but rarely get. Moist, flavorful BBQ that really doesn’t require sauce, but that we have made 4 authentic sauces for is available now, with free delivery and setup for your meeting or party. We are new and small. After my first introduction to pit cooked BBQ at an Elks Club BBQ in 1969, I have never stopped trying to accomplish the almost impossible mission of making perfect BBQ. I have read dozens of books, tried dozens of recipes and attended cooking school to achieve that goal. Through the various iterations of the various types of BBQ in the South, I think I now make the type of BBQ most people love. In Eastern NC they make whole hog. In Western NC and most of the rest of the South, they make pork butts. That is what we make, injected, rubbed and cooked low and slow for hours, hand pulled and moistened with authentic Lexington Dip, it’s the best we’ve ever tasted. We think you will agree.
