History
Established in 1994.
After attending the Art Institute of Atlanta and graduating with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts in 1994, Carlton (the owner) decided to change his course, and depart corporate america in order to persue his new found passion. Over the years after being fortunate to tickle the palate of many high profile clientelle, Carlton decided to expand his culinary education once again by attending and graduating from the Art Insitute of Atlanta with his Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management in December 2011.

Founded in 1994 by Mr. Carlton A. Brown, Occasional Occasions by Carlton has been serving clients, corporate and private, throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Growing up under the shadows of his mother (a home economics teacher), and his father (a retired cook in the Marine Corp), Carlton grew up with a passion for food, and decided to enhance his knowledge by attending, and graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta, The School of Culinary Arts, receiving his Associates in 1994, and currently enrolled persuing his Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management.
