I work at sherwin Williams and one of the employees locked us out of the office during store hours and Josh the locksmith came and unlocked the door in the matter of seconds. He was great brought all the tools and was friendly. Great service, thanks!

Called them on 9⁄17 to schedule an appointment for Monday, 9⁄21 to change 2 door locks and 3 file cabinet locks at my work office. Was told no problem and that they would be there between 10:30am and 11:00am Monday to take a look and give us an estimate. Later that afternoon one of their employees contacted me and asked me to send them pictures via text message of the locks I wanted to replace. I sent them to him via text and asked for confirmation. I did not hear back from him. That Monday, the locksmith did not show up as scheduled or contact me. Instead I had to reach out to him and ask if they were still coming. I was told, it was a hectic morning and that he still needed to go to the supplier to find out if he had the locks for the filing cabinet and that he would keep me posted. At 4:30, he called and asked me to find out what kind of filing cabinets we had so that he did not have to come by to take a look. I could not answer the question due to the cabinets being given to us and the stickers removed. The locksmith then seemed annoyed that he would have to stop by to look at them and said he would be coming by the next morning (9⁄22). It is now 9⁄29 and I have yet to hear back from him. Very unprofessional.

friendly service. great scheduling options. skilled and friendly technician. good work. i’d use them again. they replaced all the locks in my house after i moved in and was able to demonstrate how some of the doors and locks in the house worked that were more complicated than regular ones.
