Chardonas Locksmith & Integrated Systems

Bad experience all around. Locksmith didn’t show and didn’t call. When I called to see what was going on I was told they were too busy. When I went to return the lock I could no longer use since locksmith didn’t show they told me no returns only credit.
What am I going to do with store credit??? I only wanted to return bc they never showed.

My mother went here because her key for her car was bent (car was perfect) and wanted them to make another key for her. They said no problem. They put her key in her car and re programmed it. When her car didn’t start, they got nervous and told her it would take a while. After an hour they started her car, said everything was alright and that they can’t make a key. She went home. 20 Minutes later she went to her car to do errands and the car didn’t start. She called the place and this very mwa person sandy blamed us and yelled at us. We literally went there for an extra key and they broke our car. It won’t start and now we need a new computer for it. At least take responsibility. At least say sorry. They are horrible
People and an a horrible business and they have horrible reviews on google which I wish my mom saw before she went. I hope you see this on here and do not come. This is the only reason I am writing this review, to at least save you from having this situation my beautiful mother has. Thank you.

Really helped out, my sister lost her keys to her car and the dealer wanted $ 500, Chardonas wanted $ 250. Guess who I went with.
