This is my husband’s favorite place
This a New Orlean’s restaurant that happens to be located in Slidell. Favorite is Black Forest steak
Beat you can’t eat it all! We always truest a table by the water and eat early Because this place packs out. I have whatever the fish special is, which is always fantastic and covered with crab meat and cream sauce. I don’t understand the other reviews about service. We have eaten here over 20 times and never had anything but excellent service. I know nothing about the bar
This is a European type place — so meals take a while to cook. We usually come with several friends, have a wonderful Mel and lively conversation.

Unprofessional bartender and owner. Waitress was not friendly at all — looked like she’d rather be somewhere else. The food is expensive and not great. Do not waste your time or money here. I’ve tried this place several times and the food has never been impressive. We certainly won’t go back anymore — they’ve had enough chances.

Meals are always well cooked and presented. Staff are polite and attentive but on our last visit one of the young female staff who cleared the spare china, glass and silverware made more noise then a visit to the recycle bins. We asked for one of the entrees to be made salt free and the chef had no problem with this request, would recommend this restaurant for this reason alone. Decaf coffee readily available which finished off a lovely evening

This place doesn’t look very welcoming from the outside but once you get inside the staff are lovely. They have an Irish guy working here and hes very friendly and helpful. The food is great but it seems to lack atmosphere here. They need music or a restyle. Aside from that, this place is lovely. They have a good wine list and interesting cocktails!
