I am a professional person with over 20 years experience in construction.

I have 8 years experience working with Century 21 San Moritz in Crestline CA. as there main Handyman on there weekend and full time rentals inspecting for deposit return, cleaning up inside and out, dump runs, weed abatement, cutting down weeds, repairing flooring, plumbing, painting, staining, drywall & texture, decks, doors, siding, contacting contractors to handle the big jobs and getting rentals rent ready. Communicating and Working with there home owners on the repairs, billing and making sure everything goes smooth with very little complaints.

I am currently working on a general B contractor license and should have it by the end of the year.
