I am a very small locally owned Pest Control Company. I Provide quarterly pest control service to local residents. The main pest problems that exist in our neck of the woods are spiders and ants, including wood destroying ants that leave sawdust around the home. But other occasional invaders up here are crickets and earwigs and a few others. Most insects mentioned are covered under my service agreement. I no longer perform termite or rodent work. My business specializes in people and resolving their pest concerns. With over 20 years in the pest control industry, I would like to think I have learned a few things about bugs… and people. But I will never claim to «know it all» because I haven’t stopped learning new things along the way. Most people who hire a service company simply want you to:



1. Return phone calls the same day.

2. Be honest & have Integrity.

3. Do what you say you’re going to do.

4. Call if you are running late.

5. Be Friendly & Nice.

6. Work hard to Solve The Problem.

(This is also very important)

7. Make your Mother proud of your work!

Because if my Mom is proud of my business,

History

Established in 2007.

After working many years in this industry and having learned so much about how to (and not to) operate a small pest control business, I finally opened my own in March of 2007. A name change in April 2009 to Dublin Pest Control was short-​lived, and in April 2010, I became The Bug Girl again. Being a small business owner allows me to be available to my customers quickly and conveniently, and this is very important to me. Growth has been a steady blessing, with a majority of my new business coming from referrals. So, I have to say a Great Big Thank You to all my customers for your referrals, Yelps, and Facebook thumbs ups! You have made The Bug Girl the successful business it is today, and my desire is to continue to provide that kind of personal service and attention you deserve from a service provider.
