Zev at the Verizon store sold me a 64mb iphone 6, which I paid for in full at the higher price, but gave me a 16 mb phone which is worth way less. My phone kept on malfunctioning due to memory issues and I finally realized the problem. I called the store about the mistake and they told me to come in and they would make it right, not to worry. Well, I went in, waited over an hour while they set up the new phone with my 10 month old baby in tow, they wiped my old phone including all my photos etc. THEN they told me I had to pay them a $ 100 restocking fee or I couldn’t take the new phone(the one I had paid for) which now had all my baby photos on it etc. But they were going to be «nice» and split the fee with me so I only had to pay $ 50. Sales associate Ben told me I couldn’t leave the store without paying them more money and that if I left I was«committing theft» and it was a «criminal act.» For a phone I had paid for in full and after they made a mistake and gave me the wrong phone! I immediately called Verizon who told me the store was in the wrong, charging customers fees for a store mistake is not the policy, and that this store is not a Verizon direct store, it is just a reseller that puts the Verizon name up in big letters. I asked that the store owner call me which he didn’t do. Stay away – incompetent, huge hassle, and in my experience shady.

I came here today to try to activate my new phone. My brother and I had switched upgrades, so I didn’t want our lines to get crossed when I activated my new phone today. One of the employees, Bryan, basically told me to go home and do it myself, stating repeatedly in a condescending tone that it was a «really easy process.» Lo and behold, my brother’s phone ended up getting disconnected, and my phone took his number. I had to spend almost an hour on hold with the Verizon customer support line to get the issue fixed. I imagine that if the employees at the store had actually tried to help me today, it would have been quite quick.

I’m not sure if this one is the one near Portillo’s and Turtle Wax on S. Boulevard but if it is, this store is awful. The employees are extremely unprofessional and SLOW. They don’t have the proper verizon products either(they had never seen a model I had just bought from another store and had no accompanying products). I spent over an hour here on Christmas eve when all I needed was a new phone. There were 6+ employees working and only two customers. This place was ridiculous.

This review is for Immanuel. He was very patient with me and took his time with making sure things were in order for my switch from AT&T.
