AVOID THE SUNGLASS HUT NEAR NORTHFACE. GO TO THE SUNGLASS HUT NEAR AUNTIE ANNES
Complaint:
The manager at the sunglass hut near northface is a complete ass. Upon entering I asked for a refund, first thing he says is no you cannot return because I don’t have the original case. In return, «I took out the case out of my pocket and said here it is.» Then he says «you need the receipt». My response. «I have the receipt on my phone»
He then tries to find the receipt in «his» system saying that it cannot be found. Eventually after some persuasion he was able to find it «eventually» after a long time. Eventually he needed the original person present for a return. I said My GF bought it for me, I can get a photo of the person’s ID. and I can have her on facetime within seconds. He response, «It doesn’t matter, I have no cash anyways so go to the other sunglass hut»
First off. He was way to quick to judge me just because I am 25 years old. I asked him why he is giving me such a difficult time, he said a lot of people steal glasses and tries to return it for cash. I said, «First off, I had the original case, and the receipt, no need to judge me, I am young, but I work as a nurse.»
But career aside, he was too quick to judge me and I verbally expressed that. And he apologized with a smart smirk and said to go to the other sunglass hut.
He was trying to find every loop hole so he didn’t have to refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THE SUNGLASS HUT NEAR NORTHFACE.
The sales people are quite nice and said they would try to work with me, but it is up to the manager. The Manager was a nightmare, and I told him I didn’t deserve to be treated like this.
I went to the sunglass hut near auntie anne’s and I got a refund within minutes, no questions asked. No accusations of me stealing the sunglasses.

This is the place for high quality designer sunglasses. They come at a price, but this is where you should come for the widest selection.
We had a bit of a weird experience here– the salesperson was very sweet, but not very good at getting what we were looking for. She also said she was afraid to compliment my husband on the pair he liked the best, because she said, «some women get weird about that.» It made it a little difficult to get help finding a pair that looked good, since she was afraid to offer any opinion or advice!
Still, if you know what you like, this is the best place to come for a variety of sunglass designers like Ray-​Ban and Dior.

Finally got my new sunnys ! I love them, the staff was so helpful in helping me try all the styles that i want it without rushing me, many thanks for the increible deal that i got on these, almost got a 2^nd one!

I recently bought a new pair of Ray Bans from this location. The service was excellent and they had just what I was looking for. I’d come back. The staff alone makes it worth while.
PS. steer clear of the Sunglass Hut inside the Macy’s … this location is far better!
