History

Established in 2013.

Sweetdog Soaps owner and chief soap artisan, Shelby wanted to create a better moisturizing product than what she could find commercially. A Bio Major in college and bit of a mad scientist, she embarked on a journey of creating a super rich body butter for everyday use in dry Southern California weather. The soaps followed suit and so Sweetdog Soaps was born!

Hello, I’m Shelby, the Sweetdog Soaps owner & chief soap artisan. I’ve always been a creative soul making jewelry, drawing and gardening. With my science/​chemistry background, soap crafting was a natural for me. I really enjoy creating soaps & other body products that are good for your skin.
