i called this store because I needed a badger hair shaving brush to complete a gift for someone. I was told they had one kind and it was badger hair. I drove 10 miles to look at it. I was told I had to be a professional barber or hair dresser to purchase anything. I was never told that on the phone, but mistakes can happen, but what happened next is why I am giving this place one star. I asked the girl to see what a badger hair shaving brush looked liked to compare to the one I had seen earlier in the day. Her response to me was, «I’, not allowed to show it to you. I said, „you’re kidding right? I promise I won’t force you to sell it to me.“. I’m sorry it against store policy.» I did point out that I could see some shampoo products on the wall display over there, you won’t get fired will for breaking store policy?” I told her how silly her statement was and then she did the generic, «screw you» statement of «Have a nice day». What a jerk she was and to make it even more comical she was dressed in a silly Halloween costume taking her OCD employee stuff way too seriously.

I love this Cosmoprof! I recently moved to Simi from Ventura. This location is soooooooo well organized and clean! The selection is much better than Oxnard. The parking is much easier also. I will be back. all the time!

Great store, great products. The most important thing, is the employees know what they’re talking about. There are also big discounts from time to time, check their website or ads in store.
Keep in mind, you need to be licensed to buy here.

They have everything. (well that the other one doesn’t) They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Cosmoprof is great if you need to pick a few colors from the Goldwell line that you may have run out of. I use This store just for emergency .Most of all I order from the rep. you can get all your pro beauty needs here if you show your license.
