They came out and checked two cracks on my ceiling that I was worried may be water related. They turned out to be dry and not water damage. I wanted to pay for the company to have come out but they didn’t want payment. Very kind to my children with a hello as well. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had a clogged drain that caused some water to leak into our garage. The plumbing company that fixed the clog recommended that we have their partner company come out to make sure there was no damage to the drywall. They came out and of course tried to say there was damage and we’d need to open up walls at $ 2000 per room. I knew they were full of it so I did my own research. I found Dale from Puroclean and he came out to look at it. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone I could tell he was an honest person. He did his inspection and found a very small amount of moisture in a very small area and said it would dry on its own within a few days. I was very grateful for his honesty! There needs to be more people like Dale out there!

We removed some drywall in our family room and saw black spots on the wood. Worried that it was mold we called a mold remediation company. The woman who answered the phone said there was a technician in our area and she would have him respond or someone would call us if he was not available. We were not contacted that night or the next day. We then called PuroClean. Dale came out the day we called and checked out our concerns. He informed us that the spots were nothing we needed to be concerned with. He did not charge us for the inspection or his time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend his company.

I was concerned there was some mold buildup due to a poorly placed bathroom vent, and Dale was able to come out w/​in a few hours and quickly reassured me that the grey coloring was due to salt precipitation from my hard water. And no charge for the inspection. I’d call them again if needed and recommend them to friends.

Dale & his team are professional and courteous. In addition to working directly with our insurance company to seamlessly handle all the details of the mold remediation that came from our kitchen plumbing leak, he was pleasant & informative. Communication is a priority with Dale, and it shows. Every text and voicemail was returned promptly. All deadlines were met. We had a plumbing leak that got water into a bathroom, a closet, and in the walls of two other bathrooms. Dale and his team prepped everything in just a few hours. This included removing and reinstalling the toilets to access the drywall that had to be removed. He checked for mold and removed the drywall with mold. Then they removed the wet flooring so the sub floor could dry and then installed two dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms. This took three days and now the house is ready for repair. We highly recommend Dale and PuroClean for any Disaster Recovery Service.

What a lifesaver this company was. I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the plumber capped off the shower head. I came in to my home after church to hear water running like crazy. The cap had blown and the bathroom was flooding. I called in this PuroClean company to evaluate the situation. I was amazed at the sophisticated equipment and the manner in which Dale, the owner, handled the situation. Two days of drying eliminated any possible problem for water damage or mold potential. I can’t thank him enough for this prompt attention to my problem and the professional manner in which he handled my problem. I highly recommend this company if the unfortunate situation arises. Dale and his team are the absolute best. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a hot water pipe burst in my bedroom closet. Last time the Insurance company had Serve Pro come out. It took them 3 weeks to dry out a much smaller leak area in the wall, their machinery was sub par, and they messed up the finish on my tile flooring. This leak was much worse. Dale, used his hi-​tech equipment, dried everything out in 4 days, made sure there was no mold and deodorized all the smell with a smile. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has the misfortune to have to deal with anything like this! Thank you Dale!!!
