Established in 1978.

, Nelson Tucker founded Process Service Network with the purpose of providing international service of process and was able to accommodate service requests in the far reaches of the globe. Today, his firm is considered the leader in international service of process and hard-​to-​serve cases.

Nelson is the Founder and President of Process Service University and has trained over 1700 legal service professionals since the early 1980’s. He teaches Service of Process and Court Filing Procedures at Los Angeles Valley College. He regularly trains new process servers and private investigators for other companies throughout North America. He is a Lifetime member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists and a member of the International Association of Process Servers and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals. Nelson is a member of the Advisory Board of the National Professional Process Server Network and serves as Director of Educational Services.
