The Mail and Parcel Center has been serving Simi Valley for 25 years. Under new ownership & remodeled, we are family owned and operated. Offering mailbox rentals, mailing service, shipping services, Authorized shipper, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. We also offer secure paper shredding services for personal and businesses, Notary, fax, business cards, copies, key duplicating, packaging, and packaging supplies available for purchase. My name is Jeff and I would like to personally welcome you to the new and improved Mail and Parcel Center in Simi Valley. The store has been here for over 25 years. My family and I took over the store about 1 ½ years ago. I have over 20 years of shipping experience and would love to help you get the stuff you want to the people you want to ship to! We are here to help you not stress over shipping your packages! We are a friendly group who loves to hear stories and greet our customers!

This is by far the best mailing center in Simi. I mail a LOT of items for work and Jeff is always extremely helpful. He helps me pack the boxes and gives me alternatives to get my items to their location the most economical way possible. After my transaction I always get a detailed receipt and tracking numbers are automatically sent to my email address. They also store the names of past client I have mailed to so I don’t have to go redo it every time I ship something. They have everything you would need in one location… PO Boxes, UPS, Fedex, USPS, shredding services, notary, faxing, etc. By far the best customer service in Simi!

Great alternative to the Post Office, and located in a convenient, central area. Unlike the USPS Post Office, this place allows you to have UPS, FedEx, US Mail, etc., shipped here securely to your mailbox without worrying about someone stealing packages off your doorstep.
The staff is friendly and can handle full service shipping needs.

Shredding for cheap. Brought in a large brown grocery bag full of stuff to shred and it cost $ 6. Not bad. Only wish they had shred in front of you service, but it is what it is.

Mail and Parcel Center Simi Valley is simply amazing. Jeff is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Prices are fair and the excellent customer service is worth every penny. I try and find things to send out just to say hi and chat about geeky stuff. That’s not weird right? :-/

Incredible! Excellent, helpful, kind service. I went to mail two large boxes of family and childhood items to a family member in Oregon. The boxes were on the thin side, so I asked Jeff if he thought the contents needed more padding. He recommended consolidating all the items into one standard cardboard box. He then carefully repackaged everything, added donated bubble wrap when necessary, taped the box, printed a label, and it was done! In addition, it was less expensive to do that than to have shipped the original boxes. Jeff was calm and kind and spent a lot of time helping me. I am very thankful.

I came here because I had a lot of documents to fax over to a company and Fed Fex/​Kinkos charges $ 1.19 for ONE page. I faxed 19 pages and it only cost me $ 6. The owner, Jeff was really friendly and helpful. They also offer shipping here, and I’m sure it’s cost effective here than UPS, USPS or Fed-​Ex.
They also offer secured shredding and it’s 75 cents per pound. This is a great place for the locals to do their printing, shipping, faxing and shredding.

This place is great. The guy who owns it always packs boxes up for me to ship and has even made us specialty boxes to ship our carseat in. He packed my husband’s expensive Nikon camera to ship, and it arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend them.

We love that we don’t have to worry about having our online purchases left out in the open by shipping couriers anymore. Every package we receive now at our Mail and Parcel Center address is signed for & secure. We thought about getting a PO box but wouldn’t be able to receive anything shipped by any major carrier other than USPS, so that wouldn’t work for us. I was able to easily add a 2nd box too to keep business & personal mail separate, all with the same peace of mind. It works out well for us, easiest solution and most convenient, right off the freeway on the way home & easily right back on.

Why go to the post office when you can go to Mail and Parcel Center? The place has great customer service, and saves you tons of time. Jeff is super friendly and always greets me by name. I have a mail box there and they offer exceptional service, like being able to call them to see if an item has arrived. They sign for all of my deliveries (e.g., Amazon) so I never have to worry about boxes being left on my doorstep. Check this place out, their service is great!

If you want your mail (or packages) sent via UPS, FEDEX or even regular mail at extremely affordable prices, this is the place to go! Also available are P.O.Boxes, greeting cards, fax & shredding services, artwork and more. Your mail is also insured for up to $ 100 and usually comes with free tracking!
I have an eBay business and have to send out tons of packages every week so I need a mail center that won’t drain me dry. I’m more than satisfied with the services that Jeff and his daughter provide! Yes. The customer service there is exceptional!

Let me just say, I LOVE this place. I’m so happy I was told about them through a friend. They are extremely knowledgeable and the service is outstanding. I have used them multiple times for shipping all over the country and now I have a box there as well for my business, which is a service I would hardly even consider at some of the other mail stops in town.

This place is amazing. I brought a ton of (unpackaged) stuff to Jeff, dumped it on the counter, and asked him to ship it to Disney World for me. He asked me some questions about what I was shipping, figured out the best and least expensive way to do it, and I paid and was on my way super quick. When I got back home, I got an e-​mail with a tracking number. I just checked and my package arrived at its destination the exact day Jeff told me it would, safe and sound.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I HATE going to the post office or Fed Ex to ship. I will always go here from now on.
