A wonderful experience from start to finish. Had a one hour facial with Rachael and she did an amazing job. Worth the extra $$.

5 stars for the amazing treatments I’ve had here! The massages are the best and the pedicures are legit to die for! However there is one girl who’s a receptionist with kinda a whiny voice, I hate calling to make appointments because she’s rude and doesn’t have the best manners. If you get another receptionist it’s perfect! My

Was treated to a 60 minute pedicure and it was tremendously relaxing. The esthetician was great and really took note of my knee injury when performing her massage. The color selection is great and everyone there is professional. Loves that they asked for phones to be off or on vibrate and forced you to relax and have your phone put away. It was nice to decompress and be detached for an hour. Also found that they sell the Image line for facials, it is hard to find this and pricing is compatible to other salons and spas.

I love coming to this spa and try and come at least once a month for an ultimate pedicure. It’s sheer heaven for 90 minutes! my regular pedicurist is Michelle who does such an amazing job that I only like to schedule with her. From the minute you walk in the door you’re treated like a princess. They have a quiet meditation room that’s just perfect to relax in before and after the pedicure. I have been to many spas around the world and feel like this is right up there with the best of them! When many of the shops at the Simi Town Center started to close down, I was so glad to see that the spa would remain open… Will definitely be booking my monthly appointment again very soon… thanks Me Spa!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING From the online booking/​phone follow up & greet, to my facial & massage I can not say enough wonderful things about this Spa & Staff! Facial: Lindsay G. & Massage: Jodie V. Both therapists were so kind, knowledgable, and very attentive! I truly believe they were both the best therapists I have had to date for each service! I am an RN, with some sciatic nerve pain in my lower back, I left feeling so relaxed, pain free, and by far the that was the best massage I have ever had. I also have a bit of acne and when I left my face was so fresh and rejuvenated! Lindsay took the time to learn about my skin, it’s issues, and provided the best knowledge to help me get on track. I also splurged and purchased a few of their Facial Product line, and thus far I really like my results! This is the SPA for me! I had scheduled appointments for myself and two friends one of the two friends flaked 45 mins before her appointment. So the two of us showed up with time to explain what happened since I booked the appointment my CC information was on file to reserve the spots. I knew that I would be charged for the missed appointment and I was really hoping for some flexibility since myself the one who booked the appointments did show up. I asked if I could possibly put the charge towards a longer service for myself or product so it wasn’t a complete loss. The young lady at the counter was so helpful but when the manager came out for me to discuss these options with she was cold, didn’t greet me with a smile or a hand shake. She looked at me expressionless while I asked my options. She said (in a robotic tone) sorry its policy to charge 50% of the service for a last minute cancel. There was literally no point in her coming out because the message could have been delivered in a much nicer manner by the young lady at the counter. Note to the manager it’s not what you say it’s HOW you say it.
With that behind us, we were forgotten in the relaxation room and foot soak/​tea wasn’t offered till one realized we were sitting there minutes before our service. The girls helping us did the most to make up for it and I appreciated that.
Finally, my facial it was great! Nora did a fantastic job of listening to my concerns with my skin and using the right products for me. My face felt so fresh and still does!
Overall I really hope I had a one off weird experience and would be willing to give it another go.

Treated myself to a manicure and pedicure at the Me Spa. While it is more expensive than other salons, IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT. I came on a Tuesday morning and it was a perfect time to come. Kathy gave me both my treatments and she was awesome. Not only were the treatments wonderful, she was very enjoyable to visit with. I loved the spa robe for my services. I will for sure be coming back!

I love this spa and my regular masseuse Rachel! I have a medical condition that requires me to have a weekly massage to function. Rachel has been absolutely the best — she really cares about making me feel great. She has great intuition when giving my massage and knows just what to do to keep this body moving. Rachel will not disappoint — I can’t recommend her enough. She deserves every bit of this review, but selfishly I hope she doesn’t get too popular so I can be sure to get in to see her regularly — I will be booking in advance for sure.

The spa is spotless and the relaxation room before and after your treatments is wonderful. It is very, very quiet and all their estheticians and massage therapists are great. Their Signature Pedicure is an experience not to be missed. Kathy is fabulous at the pedicure!

My first time was very nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had the best massage by Matthew. Truly one of the best ever!!!
I ended up making another 90 min massage appointment with Matthew, which was today.
Another enjoyable visit, and once again Matthew was great!!! Made my third appt before I left!!!

I came in yesterday to receive a facial and a massage. Shelby was my masseuse and wow did she do a great job. She really focused on my problem areas and made me feel a lot better! I was unbelievably relaxed and she almost made me fall asleep! Patty did my facial and OMG I have to say it was the best part of my day. I’ve never had a facial like this and when I looked in the mirror at the end of my session I was in awe! The improvement of my skin was very noticeable. All the different products she used smelt terrific. The massage gave me constant tingles and my skin now feels AWESOME. Patty for facials and Shelby for massages are some of the best gals you can get!!! Thanks so much ladies! I’ll def be back for future services

The lobby is very clean and has wonderful products. The pedicures are amazing and can’t wait to try a massage.

I absolute love coming here! Everything from waxing (eyebrows & legs), manis, and facials! I know that it being a spa it should be immaculate, and it truly is; the staff follow all the guidelines and never feel weary about germs. I know I can go to a regular nail shop and pay a few dollar less but I feel most places aren’t as sanitary and don’t like the foreign talking and yelling they do across the room. Nonetheless, I only come here for my beauty fixes and don’t think that’s going to change for a while:)
Btw, Patty is my go to aesthetician for waxing. She makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

I just had the best facial by Rachel. It was only a 30 minute but it was relaxing and my skin feels and looks great.
At this spa you also get a complimentary foot scrub first before your treatment.

I came here yesterday for a pedicure & it was fabulous! I was regular at Coldwater Creek & they have done a great job at «keeping it the same.» I wonder what the other MeSpa’s look like though because they did no renovation on this one. The products they carry are different & their menu is much more expensive now.
At Burke Williams you get a wide variety of amenities like the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, misting room, and a much larger changing room. I think their prices make sense because you get so much more than just the service. If this place had amenities I would be much more eager to make the switch.
Four stars because the prices got way higher & it’s still basically Coldwater Creek.

My daughter and I went in for a 45 minute ME SPA Signature Pedicure. To me $ 59 seems pricey for a pedicure, but I had a gift card, so why not? It was very clean & the receptionist was very nice & warm. We got changed into robes & waited in the relaxation room. We met our «toe ladies» & were shown into the pedicure room. I was immediately shushed by my toe lady for speaking above a whisper. Um, ok… That was awkward. Soaked our feet in a bowl on wheels for a minute & then reclined in a zero gravity chair. To be honest, that was probably the best part. Just to recline. I think my feet & legs were massaged for maybe 2 minutes, which in my book, for $ 59, is about 20 minutes too short.
Long story short — worth $ 59 (not including a tip?) Noooooo way! You’re paying for the atmosphere & ambience. Can get the same outcome — my toes manicured — for $ 20 tip included elsewhere.

ME Spa has great customer service from front desk agent, spa attendant to my massage therapist-​5 stars for sure!
But when you think of a spa you think sauna, steam, jacuzzi-​not a foot bath, those are for the $ 20.00 foot massage places.
Don’t get me wrong the foot soak felt nice but all it really is is a bath bomb dropped into extra large salad bowl full of warm water *fizz-​el!*
The name of the business should not include the word spa because it really isn’t. Surely the place is large enough to have one true spa amenity but doesn’t; the reason for 3-​stars.
When I called and asked what spa amenities they had the spa agent, who was very kind btw, answered: showers… ahhh I think not!
I still appreciated my gift card and massage but wanted to clarify to any other spa goers that it may not sound what it seems.

I was fortunate to get a great price on a massage though a promotional offer. I liked the neck wrap and warm water foot soak before my massage. Lindsay did an awesome job on the knots in my shoulders. I was thankful of her technique because some CMTs can be too pokey on my back for me to relax. The warm oil hand and foot treatment was nice and the spa was clean and quiet.
I took off a star because this place is pricey but it just might be worth it to return for a great massage.
