Meet the Business Owner

William L.

Business Owner

When you’re name is on the company, your reputation is on the line. That’s important to William Landeen of Landeen Heating and Air Conditioning of Simi Valley and it’s the reason he provides reliable, top quality service to his customers.

In business since 1989, his company provides sales, service, repair and installation of heating and air conditioning systems to residential customers and commercials businesses from Ventura to Valencia.

Waiting until a heater or air conditioner wears out, then replacing it may be common practice but it may not be the most economical, according to Landeen.

«The life of a furnace is about 15 to 17 years and an air conditioner is about 20 to 25 years» Landeen said. «A heater may last longer than that, but with new energy efficient standards it will cost you more money to run the old system than to replace it.»

What should you look for when replacing a system? «Efficiency,» said Landeen. The products available today are far more efficient.
