I just closed today on a sale Karen handled. This is my third time using her, and I will again if i need a realtor in Simi area — I am now in San Diego :((. I have found it really pays to get an experienced, professional realtor who is dialed in to the area and community, and Karen has all that an more. She is active with the Chamber of Commerce, and a number of Foundations, and works very hard to close a deal. I have recommended her to my friends who are thinking of selling.
