I was very happy with the service we received from this company. We ordered a standard bounce house for my son’ s birthday party at a park in Thousand Oaks. I called to make the reservation and the customer service rep answered all my questions thoroughly and booked my reservation. I received the e-​mail confirmation which reflected our conversation about a week later. I do think that confirmation should be sent sooner, but it was accurate. A few days before the party, an email was sent to confirm the reservation again. The bounce house was delivered and picked up on time by Hector– he’s great! It was also immaculately clean, which really impressed me. The generator we rented from the same company lasted the entire event (4 hours), although I believe it would have continued to run for 6 hours. This company is also insured with many of the parks in T.O./ Conejo Valley so you don’t have to worry about submitting additional paperwork with parks & rec. Go to
for specific rules for each park– they can answer your questions about permits and reservations– the park I chose (oak brook neighborhood park) is first-​come/​first-​serve and only requires a permit for over 50 people. Also, I was concerned with a previous negative review about the company double charging, but that did not happen in our situation at all. They put a hold on your card for liability and you pay cash upon delivery. I think if you damage the house, they can use the hold to cover.

I am also shocked at the bad reviews! My son had a huge party today, we had a trampoline bounce, an obstacle run bouncy and an amazing volcano that went into the pool!
Everything was set up by them and they were SO nice to all the kids all day! I don’t remember the girls name right now that set everything up (sooo tired from the party) but she rocked our party!

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Especially if you are a mom and like to work on a set schedule you definitely want to avoid this place at all costs!
I was called on a Thursday to ask if they could deliver my jolly rental and tables on friday instead of saturday because they are really busy, so I agreed to a drop off time of between 11 and 1p on Friday. Friday morning at 9am I get a call while I’m out with breakfast with my family that they will be at my house in 10 – 20 minutes. No where near the time I scheduled with the lady on the phone. So I rushed through breakfast to get to my house early to let them drop off. The man that dropped of the jolly asked me what time Saturday he could pick it up. I told him that the party ended at 4 so anytime between 4 – 5 would be perfect.
Saturday rolls around and the party ends and I am waiting at my house for the guys to come grab everything. Finally 8 o’clock rolls around and still no show from anyone. I decided to call the man who originally called me on Friday to drop off and ask him when he would be here. He tells me that he wouldn’t be making it to our house that night and that he would be coming Sunday morning to pick it up. Sunday morning… being EASTER! I told him ABSOLUTELY NO. I told him 4 TIMES that he was not allowed to come to my home on Easter to grab the equipment and that he would have to come Monday instead… Welllll you could only guess what happened…
SUNDAY MORNING AT 7AM! Guess who shows up at my door? YUPPPP the jolly jump guy. So I don’t answer the door and HE CONTINUES TO RING MY DOOR BELL ⁵⁄₆ TIMES! Now mind you I rented this jolly jump for my ONE YEAR OLDS birthday. Meaning I HAVE A ONE YEAR OLD THAT YOU ARE WAKING UP! I was absolutely furious. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way this company handled this situation and I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid them at all cost! I am so upset with the owner Mark who did absolutely NOTHING to make me a happier customer.
Oh and before I forget the Jolly Jumps are nothing special. Ours had wholes/​tears ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Jolly Bouncers is BY FAR the worst rental company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Not once, but twice they did not come to get their equipment as promised. When you try to contact them regarding pick up, they are next to impossible to get a hold of. When I was finally able to get through to them, Mark, the owner/​manager was beyond rude and unapologetic. This seems to be a very common theme in many of the other reviews I see posted here, as well as many of the reviews that are hidden/​filtered. At all costs, stay away, beware, use ANY other company. The reason we used them more than once is they have great coupon deals in one of those mailer magazines. Do not let that fool you. You get what you pay for! They were not willing to offer any compensation for my inconvenience.

Very rude, asked if they could deliver the day before which was fine, requested drop off time, no return call but very rude when they showed up and no one was there. Spoke to mark who was very angry and rude that we had stairs. Order canceled. Do no recommend!!!

Don’t do it. Find somewhere else.
You WILL be sorry and your event will be ruined.
They arrived over an hour late from when they said they’d come, equipment didn’t work properly and worker didn’t speak English so he wasn’t much help answering our questions.
Eventually everything worked properly but since it was so late the kids only got to use it for half the time, which was frustrating because we paid full price.
Owner Mark was non responsive to complaints. Not even a «sorry» or anything. I run a sports camp and would have used him for a 500 person event– this small birthday party trial run didn’t cut it. If they can’t handle an event for 35, how can they do 50?
Pickup was also an hour late which made us all late to a baseball game.
I will NEVER use this company again and if you decide to, you’ll regret it.

This should be ZERO stars. This is the worst company ever. I made the mistake of using them last year and this year. it will be the last for sure. First of all, I ordered a specific size bounce house for a specific reason. They insisted on delivering one larger than what I expected. Last year, they called me the morning of my party to tell me they actually did not have the size bounce house I originally ordered and insisted on dropping of the large one which filled my whole driveway. My guests had a hard time getting through to the door. Second, they insisted on dropping off the bounce house, tables, and chairs the day before my party. And when they dropped them off, they did not even get my order right. And when it was time to pick them up… they never showed. Not even a phone call. So we did the set up and we packed up the bounce house as well. This business is horrible. They decide for themselves when they feel is time to drop off and pick up without even taking their customers into consideration. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

this company was horrible! I will never refer anyone to them… along with never sending an email confirmation, the unskilled delivery person did not know how to put up the popups, then left. we call the company and they lie and say they will send a guy, never did…
so we paid about $ 150 in pop ups that were never used. This company sucks! and even with that they never refunded my money or anything… use another jumper company they suck! if i could give no stars I would

I just used them for my sons birthday party and they were AMAZING! Everything went smoothly from the moment that I called to reserve the moonbounce to the day of delivery. Something that I especially appreciated: I realized the night before the party that I would probably need a generator. It was late on a Saturday night and I called and left them a message and sent an email. I was freaking out!!! Thankfully I got a text within the hour confirming that they would bring a generator. I so appreciated that– it gave me peace of mind. We ordered the obstacle course moonbounce and it was wonderful! The kids had the best time!

Terrible service. They arrived over an hour late after the 3 hour window they gave me. They finished setting up after my event started. They forgot my banner for the side. Terrible customer service on the phone. Then the blowers stopped over 5 times with kids in the bouncer. We had to duct tape the buttons on the blowers in order for it to stay on. We had a very large bouncer and paid over 240 for it and this is what we had to deal with. Not to mention it was for a company event at a police dept. You think they would try to do a good job. It was at a company location and then called and said they couldn’t pick up that day. Terrible and will never use again and do not recommend ever.

We ordered a 5 – 1 combo (250 $) and we weren’t expecting rain till late afternoon, the rain came early and we didn’t get a chance to use the jumper at all. I called about 6 times and left messages. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me they won’t give me any type of discount or reimburse any of the money. I’m out 250 $ for a jumper we didn’t use. It’s not their fault it rained but really your going to charge me full price

I’ve used Jolly Bouncers 5 years in a row and they have never let me down! Great price, easy to arrange, on time, great selection so my kids always have the theme they want. This year I’m doing a snow cone machine with a Frozen theme and of course, they can deliver! For something as important as a bounce house I know who to call!

After spending 20 minutes looking for the perfect bouncer/​jumper on his web site, call and the owner tells me that they do not service LA County and he hang up on me. I checked again on his website, and I verified that the ad said, that he served Los Angeles area. Thinking that misunderstood me I called him back, and he almost wanted to hit me over the phone, even Asking me:“What the F… are you doing calling me back, if I already told you that we do not serve Los Angeles”?

OMG! we booked a bouncer for a huge event. The delivery driver was late and rude. After setting up the bouncer it inflated, he left. Not even 30 minutes after he left the bouncer was still in the on position but deflated completely. We called various times for someone to help and no answer. Our manager called recently to discuss a refund since we paid for all these hours of use without getting any of the time. Mark told her no and that he talked to his driver and it worked. Absolutely ridiculous, where is customer service especially because we could give him so much more business. He told her he would do a credit but she declined because honestly the service SUCKS!
Oh and did I mention whoever was suppose to pick up the bouncer forgot to do so. Our staff had to stay way after the event to wait for an employee to pick up the deflated bouncer.
Find another company to use.

I’ve used these guys 4 – 5 times probably over as many years. I’ve had a good experience with them every time. When I logged onto Unilocal to write this review I was surprised by how many negative reviews. I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky so far, but every time I’ve rented from them they have been pleasing to work with, and they show up when they said they would show up. I left off one star, because every waterslide I’ve rented has had the foam inserts on the climbing steps either badly deteriorated or missing. It makes it a little harder for the kids to climb up, and has more than once caused a kid to slip on the way up because there is no solid step for them. Its never been a real issue, its just more of an annoyance.

Worst reliable bouncer. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS GUYS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANCELED ON US AN HOUR AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DELIVERY THE JUMPER. my little kid birthday was ruined he wanted a jumper so bad. It was sad to see my sons face when I told him that the jumper was not coming anymore. I failed to my son by choosing you business as a father you want the best things for your kids and this company does not care for theirs costumers. The person who I talked to over the phone was rude unprofessional and didn’t care for my business. How can you have a nice web page and ruins people’s party by not delivering your promise to your paying costumers. I TRULY HOPE THIS CONPANY DONT DO THIS TO OTHER PPL.

I am in complete shock at the other reviews I’ve seen here. I actually never write reviews, and believe more often than not people only take the time to write a review when they have a negative experience. Well here’s my review…
I hired Jolly Bouncers for my daughter’s 2^nd birthday and they were amazing! I ordered a large bouncy house with a slide attached, tables, linens and chairs. Everything was delivered exactly as ordered. For no extra charge they brought everything the afternoon prior to the party which was a huge stress reliever! The bouncy house was a hit and the kids had the most amazing time running back and forth from the bouncy to our pool! My daughter talked about her birthday, everyday for the next 8 months! Now it’s time for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday and I’ve already booked Jolly Bouncers. They had my order from last year which made everything super easy. Thank you Jolly Bouncers!

Do not use this company!!! Your children are at risk!!! I ordered a jumper for my daughters 2^nd birthday… The jumper was on grass but at the end of the day my kids feet and hands were black from how dirty the jumper was. 4 days later 2 of my kids and other guests kids turned up with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease! I contacted the company and their response was that we can’t prove that it was from their jumper even though the bouncer was the only thing that was in common with all the infected people! They were completely unapologetic and refuse there was any possibility they could be at fault but by how black my kids feet there it was obvious that the bouncer had not been cleaned in a long time!!! My husband has since caught it from the kids and a week later I am still having to put in all kinds of extra work to try and disinfect and care for all the sick people in my home!

I really wish I would have looked at Unilocal before renting from this company. I promise from now on I will always use Unilocal and not a recommendation.
I rented from this company a boxer ring for my church. I was told on the phone that if I paid in cash the payment would be a lot lower. Since it was for church, we obviously opted for the cash payment. But they asked for my credit card for security purposes. Well, we received the boxing ring and the kids at church loved it and I paid in cash. I thought the whole transaction went normal. Until I received my credit card bill and the amount was also charged to my account. I called them everyday for two weeks asking them to resolve the issue and I got the same answer every time «I need to talk to the driver». Its been over a month and now that I’ve read these other reviews I’m afraid my church is going to be out of $ 200.00.

I wish I read Unilocal reviews before I hired this company. The owner Mark is beyond rude.
Took my $ 523 in cash and then charged my AmEx that I had given him as a security. I disputed the issue with AmEx for them to send me a letter that the owner claims that is a legitimate charge. This is ongoing since October 7^th, 2013. When I called him to ask him why he charged my credit card he told me I need to send him my credit card statement where it shows he charged me, and I did that immediatelly via e-​mail (although I didn’t feel comfortable sending my credit card statement to him.
About 2 weeks later I called him to ask him about the charge reversal and he told me AmEx reversed the charge and everything is fine. I asked him to send me some sort of a statement to that effect and he told me it’s between me and AmEx. I was upset as I sent him my credit card statement, all I wanted is something in writing that shows that charge has been reversed. He told me that’s between AmEx and me. I told him I am a member of MOMs club and PTA at the private school and Chamber of Commerce and will tell everyone how he double charged me. He threatened me and told me, I know what business you are in I will do the same for your business and will sue you for slander. All I told him «It’s not slander if it’s the truth.»
Today I asked him as American Express sent me a letter that the merchant claims that the services were for a bouncer it is a legitimate charge. He told me to take it up with American Express.
Also the margarita machine $ 150 charge didn’t work he told me it’s my fault because I didn’t plug it in right or something to that effect. When my husband called him about 7 pm to tell him it’ not working he told my husband to do something and it will work in about an hour or so. It never worked.
I have never given a 1 star review — stay away!
