I made an appointment a week in advance. Kelly was supposed to be here at 10:30, she didn’t show. At 10:45 I texted her to find out where she was and she responded that she took a morning appointment that would cut into my appointment time and therefore couldn’t come. She didn’t contact me,
I contacted her when she didn’t show. She said she would call me later and could be here around 1:00. 1:00 came and went and still didn’t hear from her. I again texted her and then she said she couldn’t come at all. I waited a week for this appointment for her to just cancel the day of. She’s very unprofessional and rude. Don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them. Now I wasted a whole day waiting around for her, for her to just not come. Definitely look elsewhere and don’t waste your time with this groomer.

I have had Kelly groom my dogs for years. She really cares about my dogs and takes her time. She always does what I ask and she is always accommodating and on time. I would absolutely recommend going to the dogs!
