Not a fan of the aggressive sales calls. They continually try to force you to buy despite telling them you don’t need any products or you have customers waiting. 80% not buying from a non vendor cold call, 100% not buying with pressured sales. You can keep your bag of free M&Ms.

This review was sent to me by a customer, but Unilocal won’t recognize it: «Great customer service. Always a person on the phone when you call, no automated voice system, reps are well informed and the Diamond Series products are the only remans I’ve ever used that are indistinguishable from the name brand. I am docking a star because of their lackluster online marketplace.»

Wow I must say that Coast To Coast has the best customer service out of all the places I have bought my company’s toner from. Robert is my rep and he is always available to help me and the giant bag of m&m’s was great I’m still eating off that thing!

The prices are extremely expensive and after talking to one of there customer service reps, a week later I had to talk to a whole new person because that last person did not work there anymore. 2 weeks later it happened again, 3 employees is 5 weeks. Geez, and al of them seemed to be more pushy then the next. Horrible customer service

I can Not speak for the bad reviews, but I can say one thing!
They do offer Great Prices on their Ink Toners /​Cartridges for the Hewlett Packard Laser Printers!
I do Not print that much anymore thanks to the internet, however, I still use my Hewlett-​Packard All-​In-​One Laser Printer and from time to time, the Ink Cartridge does Need to be Replaced!
I heard about this company through a sales call that I had received about two years ago and the price of just $ 40.00 per cartridge to ME was a Good Deal because when you go to Office Depot or Staples to buy the exact same thing, You will be paying at least Double and those days of being Ripped Off are quite over for me.
Well, fortunately, I did keep their contact information in a file yesterday uncase I needed their products and back on Wednesday, April 2^nd, 2015, I decided to contact Daniella P., Sales Team Leader at: +1.800.223.8890×290 because I needed a toner and boy were they Speedy at Getting it to ME on the Very Next Day!
Not only did I receive the Toner, but it came with Three Pounds Of M&M’s.
How is that for Excellent Customer Service?
If I go to Staples or Office Depot to buy one of their expensive toners, Will I get a Big Bag of M&M’s for being a Good Customer?
Never in my Lifetime Would I ever get Cherished with Anything from those Office Supply Stores.
I am just very Thankful to know that Coast To Coast Computer Products, Inc. exists and if all goes well with my current toner that I just bought, then I will be buying many more in the future and referring You to other people who can use your products as well!

They sent out products we did not order, after calling and negotiating for months, they finally agree to accept part of the products, and they end up charging us 60% higher than market price.
What don’t they spend more time and efforts on selling products to people who ACTUALLY need them!!!
100% SCAM!
THEY EVEN PUT US ON A COLLECTING AGENCY!

This company is a scam ! Their agents are the world’s biggest cold callers ! I don’t have to slightest idea on how they knew what type of model of printer I had. They kept trying to sell me overpriced toners. The agent starts off by asking you where you purchase your toners from as soon as you tell them ex: office max. He then quickly does a Google search and claims he can send you a sample for free at no charge. He tries to sweeten the deal by saying they’ll also throw in a free m&m bag. At first it sounded like a good idea until I read their Unilocal reviews so I decided to call them back to cancel our shipment. After 15 of going back and fourth they finally cancel it. 3 weeks go by and the same guy continued to call ! He insulted me by saying I didnt want to save money because I must not have the authority in the company to do so. I told him he should read his Unilocal reviews and hung up. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

We’ve been ordering from this company for the past couple of years. We previously went back and forth between this company and another but now we just order from Coast to Coast. Dustin Is our rep and is excellent at what he does. He knows exactly when to call. If it wasn’t for him calling I would be running short on toners. The order comes the next day too which is very convenient.
They have a recycling program so just ask them about it and they’ll forward you a shipping label.
Like others have mentioned M&Ms come with the order which is also a great treat. The prices are great and the toners seem to be in great condition. We have had a couple to be defective but we were shipped new ones the next day. Overall this is a great company with excellent customer service.

This company is a scam. They sent product that we did not order and tried to bill us for some overpriced toner. They train their call center staff to get you to confirm your address after asking for the model number of your printer. Even though product is never asked for, they take it as consent to send you crap you do not even want. Consumer beware!

Literally just cold called me. Who does that these days? So rude! I do not recommend that you use these guys because of their backwards sales practices.

We were charged $ 61.00 EACH for after-​market toner. HP toner retails for $ 68.
This was noticed during an audit.
When we stopped ordering, the Coast to Coast rep got extremely aggressive with calls and emails!
Despite requests that he stop contact, he didn’t.
And shame on you Unilocal for deleting my previous negative review!

We are a medium size company (about 100 – 250 employees) and we order all our toners from Coast to Coast. We have many different printers — Dell, HP, Xerox, Brother, Lexmark — and they have all of what we need! Their OEM toner pricing is very competitive and their Compatibles are great products! Toners arrive next day or within 2 business days.
In addition to the great pricing, I love our sales rep., Jana Krohn, for the best customer service! She’s super cool and takes care of all of our issues/​problems with any order/​toner.
I highly recommend this company!

Couldn’t imaging getting my toner anywhere else. I always work with Jason Gates and he is so great! He is so nice and helpful. If I ever have and issue, he takes care of me no problem. My orders get to me so fast and the prices are VERY reasonable! I love it. Everyone I have every talked to at this company is SO nice (and surprisingly cheery) Not one complaint from this girl!

I have worked with Matt S. for several years and he is wonderful. My toners are competitively priced and they are delivered the next day. If I ever have a problem it is fixed immediately.

Great company! I have no complaints. My product always arrives within days and they keep up with when it’s time for me to order again.

They were harrassing us to order toner and would not stop calling. Finally we actually ordered toner and the product was crap. Either didn’t work in our machine or tonor color was mislabeled in box. I highly recommend not working with these people, as when I called to complain they first didn’t respond and than gave me a hard time and tried sell me a different toner and when I refused they HUNG UP ON ME!

This place harasses businesses with solicitation, not stopping calls once told we are not interested. When call back to be taken off their list, the receptionist will not cooperate with us. I am reporting to the BBB.

Rob Ferrieri has been my sales rep and I have been extremely happy with the service he provides. I order all the ink and toner cartridges for my company through him and the packages usually arrive the next day or 2! Never have had a problem with cartridges not working and they beat the prices of Staples or any other place I’ve gone. The boxes arrive packed with a huge bag of Peanut M&M’s rather than Styrofoam. So if you’re as big on environmental stuff as I am, you’ll enjoy being able to eat the packaging rather than having to discard it.
