Had a problem, they diagnosed it immediately, didn’t overcharge me, and made sure i understood what he was doing and more importantly, what i needed to stop doing to cause the problem. Price was as fair as it can get. In short, knowledgeable and honest, and in the end, what else could you ask for?

Utilized these guys to replace an air conditioning condenser and coils, install a new bathroom vent fan, and install a new Nest thermostat. They did a great job and were very professional. Asa, the owner, is a good business man and negotiated with me to win the contract and delivered as promised. He created a professional bid that was well written and comprehensive. I had obtained three bids and his was the most expensive but after negotiating with me he met me half way and though he was still a higher bid than the others, he utilized quality parts, came prepared with written and detailed bids, and came by in person. Class act and a quality contractor. His team was professional, polite, clean, and did a great job and I am very satisfied.
If I could change one thing about his installers, I would lose the smoking while on the job, or at least move away from the house when smoking as air conditioning and smoking are not a good mix. His installer did not smoke in the house but smoking even nearby the house has a way of finding its way in where most people don’t want it.

I called Clov-Air on a holiday because our AC went kaput and Asa came out the same day. He used a spare motor from his truck to get us up and running again — just in time for our guests’ arrival — and at NO CHARGE that day! Asa didn’t send us an invoice until he installed our special-order replacement part the next week. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and patiently explains all aspects of the repair while showing you the damaged parts so you know you can trust him. He also offered solutions at 2 price points, using either generic or manufacturer’s parts and advised us on the pros/cons of each option. Oh and he even offered to wear foot coverings when he needed to walk through our house — so professional & conscientious! Clov-Air is literally a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend them!

I called Asa from Clovair because the AC wasn’t working right. Rather than trying to sell me something he took his time to diagnose the problem. I was ready to just buys a new air conditioner but he found the problem. He contacted the manufacturer and Was able to replace the necessary parts. He spent hours making sure that the job was done right and that the parts were exactly what were necessary. Asa is the Mike Holmes of The HVAC world. He does the job right, professionally and won’t leave until he knows you are satisfied. If you have an HVAC need, you have to call Clovair. Thanks to Asa, Ron and all of Clovair for taking care of the problem and doing it right.

I came across Clov-Air and the heater was not working, my unit would just blow air. Not even the Cool air was working. I changed the filter myself and stuff, but the wife made me get pro help. So, I called this company, they came to the house quickly and fixed the problem. They came straight in and went to work. I liked that cuase I was pressed for time. The price was fair, and the work was good. I feel comfortable referring them. They even explained in detail wat was the issue and showed me that the cooling and heating worked before he left.
