We needed fast and reliable service to repair our furnace. We called alpine and within hours, they were there to assess the problem, and fix the issue. Highly, highly recommend Alpine. After weeks of getting the run around from a few other HVAC companies, I found them online and decided to give them a call. After explaining to Mike what kept happening, he not only diagnosed the problem over the phone but was there within an hour and a half to fix it. We spent 4 weeks dealing with the heat of August, and it was fixed within 4 hours of calling Alpine. Very honest and reliable. Thank you both!

Ron and Mike have been servicing my floral refrigerator, air conditioner and heating system for years. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their field and are extremely good at finding the problem and repairing it at a fair price.
Floral refrigerators run 24⁄7 and do break down from time to time. All I can say is that since I have been using Alpine for regular servicing, I rarely have to call because something isn’t working right. My advice is not to wait till something breaks, regular service on your refrigeration and HVAC is a must, but if something does go wrong, call Alpine, you will never be disappointed!
I recently moved my business to a new location and called Alpine to take care of the refrigeration. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

Tried changing the thermostat on our AC but failed. Called Alpine and father and son came in the next couple of hours. They checked the problem and said that I blew up the fuse, replaced it, and installed the new thermostat. I also asked them to check on another problem with my AC since it was not cooling the house. They checked the refrigerant and it was low so they topped it off. However same problem occurred, I called them again. Mike came over to check it out and after finding out details of the AC, he advised me to call the installer to have it checked out since it is a new home and we still have warranty on it.
They are kind, honest and reliable. They actually took time to explain everything to me. They can definitely do the job right. Alpine really helped me out a lot on the problems I am having with my AC. Thank you so much, Alpine!

My thermostat stopped working and Mike from Alpine came to my rescue. He replaced my old unit with a sweet little new one. My wall looks even better now as he installed it with a faceplate that gave it a finished look.
This is a family owned business that provides a higher level of service. Plus the price was very reasonable. I recommend Alpine highly.

We highly recommend Alpine for being honest, reliable, and knowledgable. They installed our air conditioning unit 15 years ago and it has been an excellent investment. Over the years, there have been 1 or 2 times we needed maintenance, and both father and son have proven to continue their high quality, professional service.

I own a food truck in Ventura County that had a refrigeration issue. I called several refrigeration repair companies in the area and none were too willing to help. Once I got ahold of Mike at Alpine I was in good hands. Mike was able to successfully troubleshoot my refrigeration issue over the phone which led to me saving a LOT of money. There’s a big difference between business owners that care about every single person that reaches out to them vs. those that are quick to give an excuse as to why they’re not able to take-​on your projects. I would only ever want someone like Mike and his dad to handle any future problems I might have in my kitchen. Thank you again, Mike! You’ll never pay for food from my food truck.

This father and son operated Air Cond/​Furnace sale and repair service renders wonderful community service. I called at 6:30 am for a problem with one of my thermostats and was surprised to get such immediate response. The serviceman (Mike, the son) was at my house at 10:00 AM as promised and remained until 11:30 to resolve the problem. He could have easily sold me an unneeded new thermostat but simply replaced a blown fuse in the furnace. He was patient and friendly and the charge was for a simple service call. I didn’t even have to pay for the fuse. I plan on using them for my future for the annual servicing of my two air/​conditioner/​furnace units.
