Cheryl is extremely professional and thorough. We have her run extensive tests on our water every time we need to as we juggle phosphates levels due to heavy vegetation and run off around our pool. She never pushes products and offers simple solutions and remedies. Super friendly and I notice she really takes time with everyone. I refer everyone to Clear Image!

VERY UPSET!!! Our pool pump stopped working. We were told by the manufacture that the problem was likely the capacitor. I took the capacitor into the store… Cheryl told me that the capacitor was good and that we would need a new pump. She then sent her son Trevor out at a cost of $ 45.00. who also told me that we need a new pump. The cost of the new pump was to be $ 1075.00 In the meantime the manufacture sent out a new capacitor that we decided to try. THE CAPACITOR WAS THE PROBLEM. THE COST OF THE CAPACITOR WAS $ 25.00 !!! This is very upsetting, my husband is extremely ill (I had explained that to Cheryl) We are now out $ 45.00 that we could not afford.
THANK GOD WE DID NOT SIMPLY BELIEVE CHERYL!!! Always check your capacitors before replacing your pump.

I just had them repipe my pump and they did a fantastic, professional job. I have one of those variable speed pumps that are very efficient, and immediately I noticed that the pump uses 20% less power than when it was first installed. They are all really nice people and I highly recommend supporting this local business.

I have been coming here for years. They are the only local pool supply company that is well supplied with parts for my pool equipment and are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. They are also the only retail pool supply company that sells pool chemicals in returnable jugs and cases. Free M&Ms at the counter too!
Yesterday, they really bailed me out when my pool heater would not start and my daughters birthday party was the next day. The owner went out of her way to get in contact with her son who was in the middle of 2 filter installs. He was able to squeeze in a visit, find the faulty part in the heater and also fix a leak and not charge an exorbitant price to fix the issue. This is just a great local company.
