All American Limousine LLC

We used All American Limousine for a wine tour. I spoke to Scott on the phone before coming out from Florida, and he was very helpful putting together an itinerary with me for the places to see in the area. There was no pressure from him at all as we worked through the pricing and the plan, and we came to a very reasonably priced agreement.
The actual tour absolutely shined. Scott arrived at our hotel punctually, the vehicle was immaculate, and he had packed a cooler with waters to keep us hydrated throughout the day. Scott was attentive but not at all intrusive on the entire trip, which was something I had been initially concerned about with a small group and a lengthy drive.
Scott had recommended we order a boxed lunch from a local grocery ahead of time, which he went and picked up for us while we had our first winery tour. The third stop of the day had a beautiful area for picnics (his recommendation as well), so we purchased a bottle there and had our lunch under a tree with beautiful views. The final stop was a small area called Los Olivos, which was perfect as there are several tasting rooms all within walking distance — again a recommendation of Scott’s. This allowed us to wrap up our day with several tastings in quick succession before heading back to the hotel.
The places to which he took us were top notch, and we had an absolutely FANTASTIC day, mostly thanks to Scott’s recommendations and knowledge of the area. I would without a moments hesitation recommend All American Limousine to anyone looking to do a wine tour in the area, as we had what was hands down the best day of our vacation on this tour.

My first need for a limo as my first child goes to prom! I am a pretty up tight father. Wanting everything to go perfect. I can’t imagine that it could have gone any better than you did. Prompt courteous service from booking the limo to pick up to drop off. Very comfortable with the driver he was amazing. So thank you I highly recommend your services to anyone. I would highly recommend All American Limo for your to-​and-​from airport transportation. If you want a carefree trip to the airport, Scott’s the guy to call. He’s always on time too which is really important. He provides an affordable trip with executive service, and is an all around good guy. I will always be using him from now on when traveling, especially when I can get plenty of calls & e-​mails answered on my way to LAX in that early morning traffic.

I used All American to rent a party bus to pick up my husband on his last day at his fire station after 33 years. I really wanted the day to be special. I was not disappointed.
The bus was great, held all 22 of us. A couple of guests including my husband even used the pole. Great fun. The driver Juaquin was great too! Highly recommend.

First time using this service, won’t be my last. At first, Scott didn’t have a car available for our anniversary celebration. «Give me a minute and let me see if I can get you a driver». Sure enough, Scott called back in less then ten minutes with a car for the night. Way to go the extra mile for customer service! Bernardo, our driver, was on time and took great care of us.

I have used All American Limo twice and had great experience each time. My husband has used him a handful of times more than me. No complaints.

Our evening started out well with Scott at All American Limousine arriving on time and it was clear that he had great pride in ownership for his limo. I didn’t need or request a tour of the basic controls in the back, but I got one nonetheless. There’s nothing special at all about his car. The ride to our event was fine, but on our ride home he literally threatened to kick us out and make us take a taxi home. Our offense? Someone tossed an ice cube at another passenger. Scott was so worried that the water from a single ice cube would damage his car, that he literally started yelling at us and threatened to stop the car and kick us all out.
I’ve used a few different limo services, and I’ll never use Scott and All American Limo again. I don’t pay $ 65 an hour for someone to yell at my party. We did get back to our destination, but Scott needs to learn one key lesson: He’s in the service industry and that means NEVER threaten to dump your party at the side of the road. Needless to say he didn’t even bother to ask for a tip and he scurried away in his average limo, never to see my business again.
