They offered a pretty good and thorough service. My house had a sudden and enormous ant infestation where they ate pet food or any single crumb on the floor and they end up in the shower, it was disgusting. So I called AAction because of the Unilocal reviews and the fact that the bigger name exterminators had abysmal views. Called right before closing and some nice guy gave me the price estimate after I told him the size of the home and yard and the type of insect. My «bug guy» promptly showed up the next morning in the time frame he gave me and he sprayed the inside of the house and put gel outside in the colonies. I had no idea but there were a dozen or more colonies right outside the freaking house! I even asked the guy, horrified, if it was the worst house he had ever seen, and he responded without a blink «not even close.»
Only problem was, and he did warn me about this, the infestation appears to get worse before it gets better. Oh my god. There were so many ants in my bedroom (where they never were before!) you could see them milling around the carpet. Nasty, right? Well he told me to give it a week until we call again (they give a satisfaction guaranteed warranty for the first 30 days). So I called and he came back really quickly to exterminate the remaining as****e ants. They had dwindled during the week after the huge boom (he claimed stirring up the nests will make them frantically look for food, or something).
Anyway, the house is now 100% ant free. My cats are happy, too, because I can put their bowls on the floor again without worrying it will become an ant banquet in 5 minutes.

After the past few days of rain, I noticed that we were getting lots of ants coming into our house. We had had this problem off and on for the past few years but never as many ants as in the past few weeks. Based on the Unilocal reviews, I decided to call AAction. I called them on a Friday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for the following day on Saturday. I was given a two hour window for the arrival of the technician and James did show up as promised. I had James spray both inside and out. for He was at our house for maybe a half an hour or so. We also agreed to get the monthly service. The initial spray is guaranteed for 30 days, so hopefully this does the trick. James was very professional and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Overall I am very satisfied with the company and hope the ants are gone for good!
As a quick update, I noticed a few more ants that showed up after the initial spraying. I called AAction and James showed up again to spray within a few hours of my call! This company guaranteed no bugs or ants for a month after the original spray and I am more than pleased to see they take immediate action. Top notch company for sure and James is a great employee!

I am a returning customer (unfortunately, but glad I found this company). I was hearing noises underneath my house and thought it was a lost opossum that needed to be captured humanely and released into the wild somewhere else… well, my perceived opossum problem turned out to be RATS!!! Luckily, I called AAction Pest control before they multiplied. JAMES was my technician and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of the rats by placing multiple traps all over their hangout areas, sealed all of their exit/​entry points and made sure that the traps were catching the rats (he even caught one within minutes of setting out the trap)! He also noted that I had a small termite problem and recommended that I look into getting that treated. He came back on the dates that we scheduled and was always punctual and professional. I would highly recommend anyone use AAction Pest Control for any of your pest control needs. Ask for James and you will get fantastic service! :)

He is a personable, professional, qualified exterminator.
I really hope I don’t need his help again; but if I do, I will call him without hesitation.

Rose was amazing talking to, she didn’t try to rush me like some of the other companies I’ve talked to, had lots of ants coming into my home I’m glad I hired this company they will be my go to company for my pest control needs thanks again.

Did a great Job with an Ant problem I had at one of the Malibu Rentals I am the property manager for. I would definitely use them again.

Was referred to AAction Pest Control by another top-​rated Unilocal pest control business, as being better equipped to deal with my situation. i had what seemed to be a clear case of dead animal under the bathroom cabinet, and i wanted it removed! the smell was pretty intensely nasty!
so AAction comes out the same day. the tech, while very personable, did not want to go after the source of the stench. he felt it would dissipate soon. so he found signs of rats in the attic space, set traps thers, and walked the perimeter of the outside, identifying points of ingress that he would «button up» after a 2 week trapping period.
well, 2 weeks and some extreme frustration with this particular tech later, i called the company to complain, and essentially ask for my money back.
they were very apologetic, sent out another tech within 2 hours, who went in, located the little mouse body, cut a hole, removed it, repaired the damage, and promised to be back in a week to seal off the house. and, they did not charge me ANYTHING for this extra work! and, i was immediately relieved of that awful dead animal smell.
so, bill came today, checked the traps (nothing, thank god!), sealed up the house, and did MORE work on the roof than the first tech had anticipated.
then, to make up for my initial frustration, they took 50 bucks off the original estimate. without me asking for or expecting any sort of discount, and did more work!
this is an ethical, responsive company. i am sure the first tech i dealt with is completely competent, there were just scheduling issues.

They responded quickly and came out the same day — on the weekend when everyone else I tried was closed, which meant a lot to me since thought I had bed bugs and didn’t know where I would sleep.
They were courteous and thorough in their inspection, and best of all– it was clear that the advice I was given was purely to help me, rather than to secure more business for themselves.

The recent rain downpour sent ants into my bathroom. I decided to shop around and found that AAction had great pricing in comparison to their competitors. The receptionist was very friendly and well informed about their products and services. She set up an appointment quite fast, very impressive.
The person sent out to perform the service at my residence was very personable and understood my concerns about toxic chemicals around my dog and child.
I will be setting up a regular service schedule with AAction pest to keep spiders and ants at bay. The pricing is great and the service is solid. Five stars easy.

Very difficult to understand the person who answered the cell phone. About bed bug problem. When I told him there is a bed ridden 92 year old, he only stated she would need to be moved out. No other options were given but then again, he was very difficult to understand.

It says they are open 24/​7, but when I call the phone just rings and rings and rings… No one picks up, and no voicemail…

Did a great job… danny came out … You have to trust people with your house wide open. And everything was cool.

This is a extremely nice company. We had a problem at our house and gave them a call. I spoke with Rose. She was very nice, helpful and cared about our problem. They were able to send a technician that day. The technician, Dan, was very helpful and explained to my wife what he was going to do and why. They made sure the problem was taken care of before they left and we were very appreciative. I highly recommend this company to anybody who might be having a pest control problem.

So glad I found all the great reviews on Unilocal!They came out the same day. Ron was fantastic. Very thorough with the job. Gave excellent directions and came back to recheck the following week. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were helpful and nice. I highly recommend them!

Daniel was awesome. Friendly and extremely knowledgable. I would recommend everyone call AAction Pest Control for any pest problem they have. His advise was great. Took care of everything we needed and it was done on the spot.

Bill came over yesterday to help with a bug problem. He was awesome; he seemed more like a biologist than an exterminator. He knew the bug’s behaviors, life and breeding cycles, life span or anything else you asked. He was an expert and the job was done thoroughly.

Aacton Pest Control is the best! They have prompt friendly service. If there is ever a problem after the service has been done, they ALWAYS come back and make sure everything is right and we are completely happy! Never used Aaction. Made one phone call and they were out right away same day!
the receptionist was very warm and kind.
I have five kids and they were very helpful getting it handled right away!

For years I had Terminix and what a waste of money! No matter how many times they came out to my house I was always coming across live silverfish and spiders. Thankfully I did my research and found Aaction. They are unbelievably thorough (covering 10x’s more area and are 20x’s more detailed than Terminix!) and now my bug problems are gone. No spiders. No silverfish. I highly recommend Ron and his team. (My two cents: I do not believe the 1 star review below.)
