So, this morning, much to my dismay, I saw termites and termite damage on my fence. I just bought my house back in May and although it was treated for termites I didn’t want to use the same company that did the original work (on the report, they claim that there were areas that they couldn’t get to) so, on the recommendation of a couple of friends I call this company.
After being told that they couldn’t treat the fence (which I am OK with) I asked for an inspection and treatment anyway because I was worried that there were areas that the orignal company missed.
The person I spoke with over phone said:
«I don’t like it, I don’t want that kind of job, because then if we find anything it becomes a court issue…»
I cut him off and I was more than happy to pay them to treat areas (as I had said before) and then he goes into how he doesn’t like that kind of job… and at that point I just had to hang up. So, if you want to use this company, and you don’t mind being talked down to, just make sure nobody has ever inspected your home before for termites when calling them.
