Friendly service staff. Thorough estimating… they estimated repair for both itemized parts and buying the assembly and made the educated decision that it was cheaper to get the assembly than individual parts. They special ordered the part and it was there in a day. They quickly cleared up issues with an insurance misunderstanding that saved me $ 300 of deductible. I brought my car in at 8am on a Friday and they had my driver side mirror completely replaced in less than a half hour.

Over 25 years I have dealt with a few different body shops. I have never had a more positive experience than my most recent one with Quattro Auto Body in Bethesda. From my first contact with them through picking up my car yesterday, they made me feel as if I was their only customer. There were follow up emails to schedule the drop off and despite several wrinkles in my schedule, they worked with me to accommodate. Not only did they do the work as estimated, but they exceeded expectations by far. And when I went to pick up my repaired vehicle, they asked me to give them a few extra minutes to clean it. I had no idea that meant taking my car which had the rainy weather and accompanying mud not only outside but in a few places inside which my dog contributed to and making it showroom quality.
I just can’t say enough about Quattro or Liberty Mutual, my insurance company of 20 years. Service is so important and these two organizations always do it right — in fact, as close to perfect as it gets.

Very disappointed, Don’t recommend it at all I had an accident and that is one of the shops nationwide sent me to, my car took more than a month to be ready when I picked it up the windshield and the driver window were scratched big time and they replaced the front bumper the color had bubbles and my side mirrors were painted in white… The Spanish guy was very helpful and friendly there was an old lady that treat me very bad and made me feel very uncomfortable the work they did was really bad! It look very cheap!

I was misled by some of the reviews. This place is known to be very slow to deliver the service which was confirmed by the rental car place people. They told me that Quattro likes to be perfectionists and that is why it takes much longer. It took over 3 weeks to fix one door when it was initially indicated that it would take one week, but they kept delaying it and the final quality was not really great. It took over one week to fix a mirror, which initially it was estimated that it would take 2 days. The mirror in the end was not installed properly and had to be fixed again. For someone to claim that they take time because they want to be perfectionist, it was quite disappointing. The cost was much higher than comparatirs. It is just that they are located in the heart of Bethesda, which is so conveninet, but then there is a cost attached to it.

Impressed with the level of professionalism here. The staff was very efficient in making my repairs and kept me informed at every step.

Quattro in Silver Spring does good work. They repaired my vehicle. The reason I gave only two stars are for customer service. The car was returned to me with dust from the work on the car seats, and more importantly my front windshield was cracked after being in the Quattro lot for two weeks and they denied responsibility even though no damage was noted on their initial estimate even though the insurance company had pictures to the contrary. Take pictures before and assure that the car has no damage upon leaving.

I hope to never have to go back, not because of their service, but because I never want to damage my car again! That said, the staff here are very helpful, they checked in with me every day on the status of my car, and they did an excellent job with repairs. I would highly recommend Quattro to others.
