My car’s engine check light was on when I travelled to MD. Then my friend in DC strongly recommended this store. As his recommendation, the stuff there were really nice and carefully examined the car for me. Thanks to their work, I successfully traveled the White House and the Capitol as planned and drove back to NJ.

I had a car accident and my car needs a major repair. The quotes from other places are all twice expensive and take longer times. Mr. Chen gave me a very affordable price and only took one day. I went to pick up my car today, the work is just fabulous and my car looks like new. I am very happy with A Quality Auto Body Shop’s service, and will definitely recommend it!

I absolutely cannot say enough nice things about Mr. Chen and his staff. We travelled down to Bethesda from New Hampshire, and while we were there the brakes on our Dodge Caravan gave out completely. We initially went to Midas and received a really high estimate that we simply couldn’t afford, so we looked up local places and settled on this place, and we are so glad that we did.
Mr. Chen was very candid and honest with us– he let us know that our van was basically a bust, but that he would be able to replace the brake lines as a temporary solution so that we could at least get back home to NH. Because we had to leave our van there, Mr. Chen offered to drive us to the metro station to make it easier for us to get back to our hotel. He even told us to call him for a ride from the metro station when we picked the van up if we needed to!
The work was done well, and he didn’t overcharge us or do any unnecessary work. So if you come here, you’re going to get honesty and a fair price. And on top of that, Mr. Chen is truly one of the nicest people we have ever met; he truly cared about us and wanted to make sure that we got home safely.
Can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re in this area and need work done on your car, go to him. We only wish we had someone like him in New Hampshire, haha.

Good honest owner with good skill to fixed my car with the best price you can get if you tried this shop! I am living in Virginia and always drive all the way to there to fix my car and never disappointed. I just fixed my 4 brake pad and changed 4 rotors with excellence price and parts quality! I have deal with the owner for more than 10 years and the quality always good!

I managed to damage my trunk, and I needed the torsion rod in my trunk replaced. The technicians that worked on my car did a fantastic job.
It’s been a few weeks since they completed the repair, and the work that the gentlemen at the body shop completed was top notch– not a problem since.

It feels like «my uncle’s garage.» Does the owner make an over-​the-​top effort to be friendly to his customers? I’d say no, but his demeanor and courtesy is sincere and friendly none-​the-​less.
The garage itself is in a back-​alley, but the waiting room for customers is clean, has plenty of seating, and even has free wi-​fi!
I drove in for an initial estimate and and «exam» where the owner and the technicians looked at the vehicle and determined which parts were needed, and was told to return once the parts came in. I never did receive that follow up call, and had to call him to remind him to look for the parts.

Went to two other body shops which quoted me 2 hours of labor time+ $ 50 in parts… with the total coming out to $ 150.
Yang and his technicians had me in and out in 15 MINUTES for the final cost of LESS than parts that other mechanic/​body shops quoted me. WOW.
Needless to say, you do the math for what other repairs might look like if you bring it here.

Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY! Quality work at an honest price — it doesn’t get any better than that.
Bottom line is this – I think if you’re looking for a day at the sauna, this might not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for an honest garage with technicians who do honest work for an affordable price, you’ve found your place!

I’ve had body work and mechanical work done and this place is hands down the most honest and reasonably priced auto repair shop I’ve ever used. As others have said, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and will not do unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend.

Be warned: This is perhaps the worst place to get your car fixed, or you could say, the best place to «cheaply» get your car fixed and have it break down again.
I had an older Accord fixed here several months ago. This car broke down again a couple of days ago. I took it to another auto mechanic. Apparently they didn’t screw tight or align the distributor cause a complete breakdown of the vehicle. So nice knowing they don’t pay attention to detail here.
Like the old adage goes: you buy cheap, you buy twice.

The full name is «A Quality Auto Body.» I’ve had work done here twice, both times for dents and scratches, but they do mechanical too. The prices are WAY lower than other estimates I received and I’ve been pleased with the work done.

I am not living close to this store but whenever my car has any major problem, I bring it here.

It’s out of the way, but he’s got signs, heck even a truck painted to lead you to the right place in the industrial park. His prices quoted were a quarter of what another body shop wanted to charge. Instead of replacing an entire hood, they repaired and repainted and it was a perfect match. They are fast and the work is impeccable. It cost LESS to have my damage fixed than my deductible on my insurance.
I heard about them from two of my neighbors who were equally as impressed with the work they had done.

This is where I bring my car when I need to get it fixed. Fair prices, fast service, and they will try to move heavens to try to get your car serviced on the fly.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve brought my car to this place (I live in DC and have to deal with street parking) and they always manage to get my car fixed without breaking my budget. (Sometimes, its cheaper to get it fixed through him than to make the claim with your insurance company and fear that your premiums skyrocket!).
