What a great company! The Quality Air Solutions people came today and worked on our house. I would highly recommend them. The technician (Tony) was very professional, working carefully and thoroughly. He showed us the work through the process and explained what he was doing. He was very thoughtful and straightforward, and worked hard to keep it clean during the process.
We have used air duct companies before, and NONE compare. USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE ALL ELSE.

Tony at Quality Air Solutions did a very professional and thorough job of cleaning the ductwork in the house we are moving into. He took a lot of photos showing the amount of dirt and mold in the ducts as well as showing me firsthand. Afterwards, they were spotless and looked like new. So glad to have them cleaned before moving into the house. I would highly recommend QAS!

I found Quality Air Solutions on Unilocal and took a chance! They were professional, prompt and thorough. I am really impressed with the service. They took the time to show me the state of my duct work (appalling!) and the results of the work they did yesterday. They were polite and left no mess behind. Tony and Ramon were great and I felt perfectly comfortable leaving them in my house while I had to be out. Tony sent me before and after pictures! I highly recommend this company.

We had a fantastic experience with Quality Air Solutions, for a full service duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were extremely thorough and efficient. Great service! ! I had vents cleaned out today and they were extremely professional, they offered to take their shoes off as entering the home without me asking. Even my kids Give me a hard time taking their shoes off when going in the house. I can breath better now and ny son’s sinuses have gotten already better in just one night. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Quality Air. Tony arrived early and thoroughly explained what he was about to do. He put down coverings, cleaned out who knows how many years worth of dust in a house built in 1946, got rid of the mold, replaced supply and return vents, and left the house looking, and smelling fresher than before! He told me up front what the cost would be, and didn’t change the price halfway through the job. Tony was courteous and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them again.

I recently called Quality Air Solutions to clean up my vents as my filter was getting clogged up every two weeks! Yes, every two weeks. I showed the tech the new filter I put in a week prior to him showing up at my house, and he was shocked. Upon opening the vents, we saw all the caked on dust. The previous owner of my house really did not care for the house one bit, so I got stuck with the maintenance. Suffice to say, Sunny from Quality Air Solutions was very thorough, professional, good small talker, and worked graciously. He also cleaned up everything and double checked everything before he left. By far, one of the best services I’ve ever had and I could not ask for more.
Bravo Quality Air Solutions, you have a great service formula in an industry full of scammers. I WILL be using these guys again for future maintenance.

It’s taken me a year to write this review, but I still remember the amazing job that Quality Air Solutions provided. I found myself sneezing a lot inside my recently purchased house. So I started looking at air duct cleaning and found this company. Yes, they cost more than that weekly flyer you get from Sears, but trust that they do so much more and are very thorough. The technician who came to my house was Brandon and he was the best! The entire process took a while, but the results is just amazing. My overall respiratory issues decreased significantly. Brandon even went above and beyond the service by contacting an HVAC MASTER technician friend to check out a system in my house that he thought was questionable because he was legitimately concerned (btw, the HVAC master ok’ed the situation and didn’t charge for the consultation). Quality Air Solutions is a great company for air duct cleaning and I highly recommend them.

Have you been putting off a vent cleaning? Did you know you needed to clean your vents? Well, turns out we all do. These guys are just awesome – experienced, effective, friendly, and pretty quick. They gave an appointment within a week and did an excellent job. Very glad to have gotten it done.

Couldn’t be happier with the job that was done. I looked around at other air duct cleaning services, but none seemed to match up against Quality Air. Yes, it was more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Tony showed up on time, explained to me what he was going to do, and how it was done. Even let me take pictures during the cleaning. Couldn’t believe how dirty the ducts were! Will recommend to anyone thinking about having their system cleaned.

I just bought a home built in 1948. I do not think the duct system was original with the home but the dust seemed original with the vents. It had to be 25+ years of dust in the vents. I am glad I did clean because it saved me money on exterminating the roaches.
The day of the service I was at work and made sure to ask the lady who answered the phone to give me a hour courtesy call. Though they gave me two hour courtesy call, Tony was apologetic for being late. At the time of service I have not yet moved in to the home because it was being renovated. I waited in the car and Tony brought me in once it was almost done. He informed me he found about 80 dead roaches and two German roaches along with a lot of cigarette buds. I had did a home kit bombing for roaches a few weeks prior. I was happy to hear that he found hoping it was the nest. He did recommend some treatment that I declined because my funds were getting low for things that were popping up to fix in the home. I will get the treatment next winter because as of today I only have a heating system. I will also get the dryer vent cleaning too since I have new laundry appliances.
It just so happen that my contractor used this company for some other service than duct cleaning so when he discovered it was QAS that I went with he said it was a good decision because there are a lot of companies that are scams.
BTW– they saved me money for getting an exterminator for roaches. I saw a few but after two weeks of service no more roaches!

I called to have my dryer vent cleaned out. When Tony got there, he realized that by finishing off the bathroom in the basement, that we had closed the access for cleaning the dryer vent. He had to cut a part of the drywall away to vent the dryer properly and clean it thoroughly. Tony is very thorough and meticulous about the job that he does. He even emailed pictures to me. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend this company.

Wow! Talk about a thorough service!
Tony and Mike just left. They spent over 5 hours making sure our house was in good condition before leaving. Ducts thoroughly cleaned (even removed a book from one vent!), dryer vent cleaned, mold treatment and just great customer service!
Booking was simple with Karen and the guys arrived right on time.
Don’t waste your money on a Groupon deal that won’t cover even a quarter of the work these guys do!
Highly recommend!

Tuesday (10÷7÷14) one of your technicians, Mr. Anthony (Tony) Lee, came to my residence to resolve a mold issue I had with my residential ventilation system. I wanted to write and express my satisfaction with his service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Your company was hired by the management company to resolve the situation and I think they chose wisely. Mr. Lee was professional, informative, and gave me excellent advise on how to keep my residence air quality to the highest standards. My profession is working for the Air Force Surgeon General Office on matters pertaining to OSHA standard air quality issues, so to say this individual impressed me says a lot for your company and to him as an individual. I will be recommending your company to my friends and associates for any problems they may encounter concerning their air handling systems. Thanks again for excellent service.

I recently purchased and remodeled a place (and also had no idea whether the previous owners had ever had the air ducts cleaned.) I knew at the very least I needed to have it checked out. I searched Groupon and Living Social and found dozens of realllly inexpensive air duct servicing companies. We’re talking $ 20 – 40 a cleaning. These companies generally weren’t reviewed that positively. I decided to dig a bit deeper and see what differentiated the more expensive options from these cheaper ones.
I came across Quality Air Solutions and decided to make the investment. I am TRULY glad that I did. These fellas showed up on time, had all the professional equipment, and were giving me play-​by-​plays of what they were doing. They even took some before and after photos as well as a couple quick videos to demonstrate what the tools were doing. Come to find out– as you’ll read in other reviews– these other cheapo companies will essentially bring in what amounts to a ShopVac to «clean» your vents. It is not at all comparable.
My suggestion– spend the extra money on Quality Air Solutions and know full well that you’re getting what you want– and in my case, NEEDED. They found evidence of mold around the registers and quickly took care of it with a non-​toxic formula (Benefact).
I highly recommend them to anyone!

I called QAS because a completely different and unrelated company cleaned our ducts and we noticed that our dryer ‘check vent light’ was coming on after they left… a Maytag technician told us the first unrelated company probably just pushed the lint to the back of the system without properly cleaning it from the outside. We’ve only lived here 18 months and it’s anyone’s guess about if and when the previous owner ever cleaned their dryer vent properly and with three children, we definitely do our fair share of laundry… I was nervous the block could be major fire hazard.
Going on this Unilocal review, we called QAS to fix this problem… The very nice and personable dispatch representative told me she had a cancellation and sent the technician over within the hour.
Brandon, the QAS technician, went through thoroughly cleaning out our whole second floor dryer vent system… he literally spent over an hour making sure every thing was totally clean from the inside out (notably, the first company didn’t do any of these things).
He showed me how we had a huge block and a ton of lint, hence the warning lights. He made sure all systems were working properly multiple times, cleaned the actual dryer out as well, and also, he explained how everything would be much more efficient… and it has been! We noticed a difference immediately!
I totally feel like we got our moneys worth. I will sleep a little better tonight knowing our dryer vent is no longer a potential fire hazard and I will absolutely call this company for future duct and dryer vent cleanings.

Tony and Sonny are a perfect team! We had Tony come out and do a free estimate which he was wonderful at explaining what they will do on the day of the appointment if we choose to have them do service for us. We have 3 dogs– he told us that some animals do not respond to the noise very well and also asked if we had cats because cats seem to truly freak out over the ordeal– very thoughtful to inform us as we have never had the ducts cleaned before. On the day of the appointment they call to let you know that they are on their way– so we gathered our pets into their cages and in the driveway they were. They began with our upstairs unit and discovered a good bit of black mold… so they recommended a UV light to be a permanent fix for the mold situation which would only require changing the light bulb every year or so. Tony and Sonny were so informative it makes you feel comfortable and involved in what is going on. This was the first time this house has ever had duct work done and we will certainly keep up with it– only using quality air solutions of course! 100% recommend to any body and everybody!

I was hugely impressed by Quality Air Solutions (QAS). Other companies gave us an estimate on duct cleaning without seeing our system. QAS rightly insisted on seeing the system before they could quote an accurate price, and their examination of the system was extremely thorough. They did a great job making recommendations (like an appropriate HEPA filter for our bedroom) and conducting the cleaning, thoroughly removing some fungus they found in one location.
The only negative part of my experience was that in spite of it being the same tech who gave me the estimate and then showed up to conduct the cleaning, he was surprised when he came back that we don’t have parking attached to our home (he mistakenly thought we had alley access). So, if you live in an urban area and don’t have attached parking, you’ll need to reserve street parking in front of your home so they have access to their central vacuum located on their truck. In spite of this minor problem, which was luckily resolved by a neighbor moving her car, I was very impressed by the detail-​oriented nature of the QAS employees and their professionalism. I will use QAS for dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning in the future.
