One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They truly want to make sure every customer leaves happy with their experience. I even had to bring my car back for an issue with the initial repair(which happens sometimes understandably). No questions asked they took it back to fix the issue and paid for a rental car.

Great experience! Everything was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Rental car was great. Customer service was on point. And my car repair was completed flawlessly. Nothing to complain about. I don’t want to come back(know one wants to wreck their car lol), but if I do — I know I will be taken care of.

Someone with Progressive Insurance hit us. I was able to select a repair location that was convenient to visit. Once you drop off your damaged car, you can pick up a rental that Progressive provides. There is even a life sized poster«Flo» to greet you in the lobby. The process was easy. This review is strictly dealing with the process of dropping off a damaged car & picking it up after repairs.
