Perfect Touch

Perfectly worst: stepped on our newly sanded floors with something sticky on their shoes that simply does not come off without pulling up the varnish. Perfectly horrible. Painting without using dust control and then surly when told about it. Perfectly obnoxious with prompts to review their service. Left tools lying that we found over the course of weeks later.

A perfect experience! Juan did my estimate — and it was a VERY GOOD price. He also estimated that we would need 3 — 4 gallons of stain (wrong) it took 13 gallons in the end. But that didn’t bother me. The two guys who painted my lattice fence did a very good job — no drips or runs. No over spray on nearby shrubs or garden furnishings! They showed up at 10:00 as I was told they would, and they are just now at 4:00 cleaning up! And this is a huge fence, 8′ tall and long.
I will certainly use them again! wish I’d known about them sooner.

I found this painting company through a website called ServiceMagic, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was super impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service! Juan was in charge of my painting project for my one-​bedroom DC condo in Dupont Circle, and from the first time we spoke to the day the job was finished, he was 100% available to help in any way possible!
He went out of his way to deliver me a book of paint swatches at my building to help me select paint colors, provided really knowledgeable opinions about my choices of color and helped me pick a palate that was elegant and fit with my space. They were also really flexible on scheduling a date and time to complete the work, on buying the paint for me (and brought a receipt) — making sure they chose the best quality paint at the best price — and working around my schedule! They were also one of the best price quotes I have received after meeting with 7 different contractors!
They moved all the furniture themselves and did an IMPECCABLE job, leaving no mess behind! They also made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. They pay super great attention to every detail (some painters will just paint around window treatments or leave air vents unpainted — they removed and replaced my window treatments and made sure everything was painted very precisely, so I had no messy edges).
I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely use Juan again when I renovate my kitchen and need it painted.

Juan recently painted my one bedroom condo in Columbia Heights. I could not be happier with the resullts. Juan was responsive to my emails (there were a lot), picked up the paint from the store where I bought it, arrived on time, and finished on time.
The works was done well, there was no mess, and no hassle. And his price cannot be beat (at least I could not find someone ti beat it.)
I would recommend to any friend that is looking to get their place painted.
